    Do some type of regular cardio: this will give you a boost to your mitochondria and will give yoy a great feeling of fitness😉

    Most times my motivation is good and I often feel that I run out of time to do all the exercises I would like to do. However, occasionally I have to push myself to do my routine. I think in this case its worth going to the gym just to stretch and do a few of your favourite exercises. And complete at least an hour.
