The skills, specials, and techniques in this game always left me in awe, just from how flawless they were! Along with the environment, and the music! :D

I remembered that specific move a few weeks ago and I've been trying to figure out where it originated from when I finally remembered this series. Brings me nostalgia as a kid playing this on the single family computer in our basement.

i really like how seelkadom goes from "heck sonic almost kills me with a few punches and kicks, a triple shot and some red ball" to surviving this episode and still having just as much energy to fight in episode 9, yes i get that he has the chaos emeralds but getting THAT huge power boost by simply getting a few gems in your possession is pretty abusrd and also heres the obligatory "WHERES EPISODE 10 OMG" joke
Yeah their seemed to be some major change with him that occurred between the two fights and Shadow even comments on his "mysterious unlimited source of power" so their was kind of a mystery to what that was and I dont think we ever got a good answer other than "he used the emeralds" which kind of doesnt explain why he was getting smacked around forever and just seemed to be outlasting Sonic and Shadow rather than outright overpowering them. It's strange and doesnt make much sense.
Perhaps the reason why he was overpowered by Sonic is, either he was being too cocky and the attack took him off guard and knocked him off, or he wasn't using his full power against him and was 'toying with him'. But his plan was to give Sonic false hope, which it worked. And then surprise him in the final battle with using his full power along with the emeralds. Otherwise idk..?
I also remember having to beat Seelkadoom with Shadow only because I was an idiot and forgot to heal Sonic- even though I actually did end up beating him with Shadow alone which was fucking mind blowing
@@pytha7 Shadows Overdrive is the most epic attack ever existed in this universe. Sonic has just speed. But Shadow has Chaos Control which is absolutely amazing...
@@supremoau65erkontrolle13 Both Sonic's and Shadow's overdrives are impressive, both Super Sonic and Super Shadow are equal in power in there own ways, based on this game stats it seems Shadow has more damage to his attacks but less durability, and it seems that Sonic has more durability but less damage to his attacks. It's also possible to defeat Seelkadoom with just Super Sonic as well.
What baffles me is how Sonic was able to knock out Seelkadoom alone at episode 5. But here you see him losing with Shadow. Is it because Shadow was slowing Sonic down? Edit 5 years later: POWER LEVELS ARE BULLSHIT
Despite the fact that this episode looked the best out of all the other episodes, this fight was SO slow and way too difficult for me to beat. But I was like 7 last time I played this and the game was only slow because my pc couldn’t handle it. I’ll try it again to see if it really is as bad as I remember.
