What an awful mess that poor house was. You’ve turned it into a beautiful jewel. I love that backsplash that you used in the kitchen. I think it’s great when you are able to rehab original hardwood floors. They really add a lot of warmth and character.
You made simple but much needed changes. The HW floors look great. The bathrooms are now trendy and tiles etc. are in harmony. The kitchen is beautiful and the $2. tiles made a huge difference. Outdoors the backyard seems much more expanive by losing the addition. The front of the house is much better now with light and dark shades of grey, with white accents. Now everywhere looks arttactive, inside and out. And a 300k profit... Wow!
