You know what’s amazing, I started doing the silent prayer 3 days ago after not doing it for a year or so and I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad thought and immediately could see it wasn’t me thinking the thought, I fell right back to sleep without it penetrating my mind and when I woke up for real, I couldn’t even remember what the thought was. I just remember waking up and thinking this is not me. Amazing

This has changed my life. It sounds crazy but the moment you catch your imagination taking off with you, you realize it's working. It gets easier and easier. Sometimes I'm so present the world around me looks like it did when I was a child. It's truly amazing.

I've been having a problem these past couple of years, my mind has developed a certain reaction when i catch my thoughts drifting. It's like a flinch which immediately resets me back to no thoughts, as if it scares them away, not allowing me to calm down enough to be able to observe them as i used to. From there it's just back to slowly getting carried away into thoughts and repeat until i'm asleep. I'm completely stuck for quite a while now and i remember the effect these prayers/meditations used to have on my life prior to this problem, now they're like a lullaby

Same here. When i was about 5 to 10 i used to be around the farm and it was just quiet peace and I can see that again now. Its very calming.
I finally stopped wanting to suffer and finally have been doing this for about two months now after watching Jesse for 4 years I finally stop being an idiot and have done it and it does work like a champ

I was able to make it through without getting any anxiety.
I did end up falling asleep, at least I think I fell asleep.

I have a weird feeling when I listen to jesse,
I feel like life is Safe and that I'm safe.
The confidence he has in what he says is crazy its like he holds the manual of life.
Even when I disagree with what he says his belief in himself is so powerful.

I pray that as we are doing the silent prayer...to get into the word of God. TRUE FREEDOM COMES FROM THE WORD OF GOD. Jesus says that if we abide in His Words we are His disciples. Then we shall know the truth and the truth shall make us free.

Wow! I just finished to my first silent prayer and I kept hear God say. “Be still be still be still be still…” I had no idea of that Psalm.
So I just did the silent prayer along with everyone and the presents of God was so thick I was feeling nauseous and then Jesse said if you’re feeling like you have to throw up or shake, and it literally was so comforting knowing I’m in the space to be loved and not to “help”, only to be available. This has been one of the biggest lies in my life that God “needs me” vs. just being a daughter and living in love with Father. Me and my listening have been listening to you for about 2 yrs now and it’s completely changed our marriage and our lives. Listening to you Jesse, I’ve been able to forgive my mother, allowing myself to understand who I am as a woman and a wife and living in peace with it. I just want to thank you and your team for awaking me up. You guys are amazing and my life has been changed to much because of your wisdom. 🙏🏼 thank you

I realize I’ve never stuck to the silent prayer cause I enjoyed my hell I was in. I now see all humans do.
This is a serious spiritual warfare that the world is going through. I’m gonna do this every morning and every night cause I’m tired of trying to control my life. Peace comes from just being and letting life flow. Thank you Jesse for all you’ve done for the world ❤

Yes. Always has been. Though different cultures call it different names.
There is a native American saying I believe, "there are always two wolves fighting inside all of us, the one who wins is the one you feed". The silent prayer allows you to know one from the other, and gives you time to feed the good wolf (which is god).

I just heard about the silent prayer. I already do this every morning with my breath work, and meditation. Awesome.
I did this 20 something years ago to train in prayer. Eventually with enough experience, you'll be able to differentiate God's voice, and your thoughts. In time (possibly many years), you can call out to God, and you'll have a conversation with him within seconds.

I feel so relaxed
This is the way I have always meditated, with deep breathing. I was able to sit upright until my back took a toll from an injury. Now I sit on the bed, with some support on my back, in order to meditate. It's a wonderful feeling when it's over, and refreshing to face the day. Thank you, Jesse.

I can't describe how much this helps me. Since the first time I tried it, it feels like something I've always known, but forgotten. Anger has ruled me for all of my life. I feel like I've beaten it down with a stick. 🤣 Thank you Jesse, thanks very much.
First morning done.
I learned about mindfulness in therapy for complex ptsd (a fancy diagnosis for someone who grew up in a chaotic toxic home environment, meaning very reactive and emotionally triggered over everything) and this prayer reminds me of mindfulness. Not only does it remind me of it, it is how I now go thru the day. Observing my thoughts constantly thruout the day without judging them. But I learned it as mindfulness so when I found this prayer, I found it so calming. Jesse teaches the silent prayer but this is exactly what I learned in therapy just without the God/spiritual part of it. There's something called grounding too which brings u back to the present and out of ur head. It's all diff tools under what mental health professionals call mindfulness. Thank you so much for teaching this prayer.

It’s helps throughout day to be in present with God. When at work, driving or whatever doing, at gym ect… don’t have to do the video with Jesse all the time. But I like to once in while for practice. But if don’t, I just do silent prayer while on way to work. Or while getting ready. When at work on break. I sit down, and come to presence. It’s Amazin!!

Prayer without ceasing is keeping the connection and relationship active not only in this method which I affectionately call “intimate time” with Agape Love. God = Love 1 John 4:7 & 8.

You guys should check out the Wim Hof breathing method, do it before the silent prayer and you’ll start everyday with perfect peace.
