    How do you request an ad account for account that already exists, which was registered without requesting for ads

    • @reachright
      @reachright  18 дней назад

      If you already have a Google grant account, but don't have access to it, you can use this form (support.google.com/grants/contact/grants_account_access_no_info) and fill out as much information as you have (customer ID, Login email, etc) and you may get granted access to it. If you don't have an ad grant account yet, but have a NonProfit account, you can apply for that within your NP account under PRODUCTS.
      Let us know if that is what you were looking for.

    If I have an MCC, can I link a Google Grants account to that MCC? And another question, if I manage different non-profits accounts should I create a different mail or can I use the same one I have for the MCC? Thank you.

      Hey there! You can link your MCC to any ad grant account. You'd be under the Manager tab in the Tools and Security settings. I use the same email address, but if you are just linking your MCC, you aren't listed under their users tab as a user, just as a manager so the email address won't matter there. Hopefully, that helps, but if you have any other questions, feel free to ask. :)

      This can be tricky. More often than not, it's because Google as an issue with the quality of the website. Make sure you look at their requirements in detail.

    How to appeal when google Ad Grant deny for Nonprofits?

    • @reachright
      @reachright  6 месяцев назад

      Usually if your organization gets denied for the Nonprofit account, you can log back into google.com/nonprofits and it will give you some explanation what the issue was/is so that you can fix that. Whether it was that your affiliation with the organization could not be verified, or that the charity status or the organization couldn't be verified...but you can apply again once you potentially are able to fix what was wrong in your initial application status.
      Hope that helps!

    If I use my normal / personal gmail account can I apply for a nonprofit that asked for my help? And then I assume its possible later on to assign them full rights on the account and remove myself? Or should I get on Zoom and walk them through doing it themselves? Thanks!

      It is a little easier if you have a branded email domain, but you can do a verification and get approved with any email. One of the great things about Google for NonProfits is that it includes branded email. So its a little bit of a chicken or the egg situation.
