As a non tech person this is an extremely confusing and convoluted process. I have been trying to enroll our non profit for days and have finally come to this tutorial for help. There are so many difference screens to do what seemed at first like a simple task. I will have to view this many more times because instructions are quickly given and the next screen is already opened before one can comprehend the prior screen instruction. It’s all very time consuming and frustrating.
Hi Barbara, Happy to help here. Are you trying to enroll in Google for Nonprofits or activate Google Workspace for Nonprofits? A product expert will be joining to answer questions live.
As a tech person, this process is ridiculously more difficult than it needs to be. I hope you were able to resolve your issues. I am still working on mine.
i am experiencing a lot of problems setting uo the google workspace. i was eligible for google for non profits .however when i try to set up the workspace they say the domain is currently in use,how do i go about this.what email am i supposed to use at the admin consel
This whole process is convoluted, as another user mentioned. I went through the whole verification process for the nonprofit I'm working for, and now it's saying it needs to verify again to activate Google Nonprofits email??! This makes no sense
We are unable to access our admin console at google workspace for nonprofits. We signed in with a Gmail account, but it won't accept adding the organization's email address to access the admin console. The domain and the workspace are verified and approved. We have been trying to contact the support team to no avail.
@@AwPersonal yes, i got hold of someone at google through one of their chat services. They then connected me to someone at google not for profit. They asked me to verify some information and then gave me the info to log in and then was up and running. It took some time over many months to get it done
Why do you get a trial, it ends without notice, you get put into suspension...they trying to reactivate is a nightmare. I had to pay because I QUICKLY needed access to information for that day for meetings. Now I can't figure out how to get back to a non-profit status which took weeks to get in the first place. It's a great service but trying to get it, it very challenging and almost too many hoops to discourage it.
Same situation here. Tried to activate the Workspace for Nonprofits account when the trial ended but couldn't receive the verification email at the Admin (domain) email because the trial had ended! Talk about a Catch 22...
My organization has been approved for Google for Nonprofits but I am having trouble signing in to the admin console. How cn I gain access if I do not remember what email I chose when signing up?

Hi, We encountered connections issue with google for non profit and we do not manage to find solution to solve it for almost 1 month now. We can not activate our product cause the domain name is not recognized by google and when we go on the registration part, google said that the domain is already in use (by use) creating an infernal loop... Do some one can help us in order to fix this problem ?
I am having trouble trying to get Google Workspace for Nonprofits for free. I have an approved nonprofit account and have set up an admin account. However, when I try to sign up for Workspace for Nonprofits, it keeps trying to make me purchase Business Standard, starting with a 14 day trial, wanting my credit card information. Even the email I received to activate sends me to purchase Business Standard. HELP!
Hi, we have a google for non-profits account and have gone through been verified, apps are activated, but we can not receive emails. We are able to send out emails, but not receive anything. I am not sure what to do as I have done every troubleshoot method offered, but nothing has worked. Can you offer any advice on how to move forward?
I also have a non profit organization and can send emails, but not receive emails. I need help with this also. What was needed for you to start receiving emails? Thanks!
Your process is so confusing. I followed the steps and got stuck at contact support and they will walk you through the steps. Your support is a chatbot that does not help at all. This is very frustrating. I thought Microsoft was complicated but this is worse. Please let me know how I can be assisted, your tutorials also don't go beyond contact support, it just regardless of what you pick bla bla bla but it does not show how your chatbox is not doing anything to help. Do better Google, do better
This does not work at all. Our organization is validated by Techsoup but the process as described in the video is completely different. I have received a token but it is not asked for in any of these screens. Very confusing.
This process isn't working. We created an Google for Nonprofits account for our organization. When we tried to verify the domain, it says we need to pay for a subscription and merge our two organizations. We don't have two organizations. We can't get any assistance from a human because you have to pay for a subscription for that. So, we're stuck in an endless loop with nothing but AI generated useless "help" articles that do not address our issues. The forums show that hundreds of others have had similar issues. Why is this process so convoluted?
Join the club. I have been trying to get support help on this and they just keep going in circles, never actually resolving the problem. Plus, the only way I could even contact support was through another organization I am involved with that is already set up. They make this so difficult!
I finally gave up and took our nonprofit to Microsoft. After months of waiting, then getting canned answers to questions I did not ask it wasn’t worth all the trouble.
Dear Google, This admin login issue is the worst IT loop I've ever seen. Your support is as bad. I guess when you get something for free, you can't ask for much but please stop advertising you are giving something of value to non-profits. I'll be heading to Microsoft even if I have to buy it.
Just add my comment to all the frustrated people below. Suggested this as a way our non-profit could get access to the use of Google Workspace. Dreadful process and haven't been able to access the admin account.
