Bom dia Nick thankyou for the video lots of potential and great outlook what a beautiful and peaceful village ,a tranquil place to put down roots for a family
What a bargain surely the works already completed would have cost more than the current asking price, hopefully the property can be brought up to date without upsetting the neighbours with the access at the rear of the property, A great opportunity for someone.thank you Nick and Victor.
I have not done anything with the house, well, made a temporary bedroom, that's it. I've planted a few trees and there is a new addition to the family. I have filmed some stuff but I get camera shy now and need to film another part with me in it, I'll try and do it today 😔
What an incredible opportunity at a brilliant price.. just some perspective I have just been quoted more for the construction of a single garage here in the UK..
All these doom mongers commenting with their lack of vision and skills and this puts it all into perspective 👌 This would be 300k where we are from in the UK and you don't get to live in Portugal 🇵🇹♥️
Good Day There are always those who have something to complain about and don‘t have any creative vision‘s. There are always opportunity‘s in this world where dreams can come true. It doesn’t take much we‘re just seeing it here again. Great possibilities! Thanks Nick and Vitro best regards from expensive Switzerland👋
@@destino2portugal what a lovely sized property it only needs an odd wall or two thrown up, a bathroom and a kitchen dropped in and you have the ideal place for a nice home with views to sit back with an coffee or something stronger and lap up the views the land is large enough to provide food all year round or even a lawn to lay back and soak up the views and the sun giving you that tan of the Portuguese land can give. It’s truly a gem of a place that with thought can be whatever you can afford it to be but it’s a well sought after spot in the Portuguese countryside, it’s no wonder that you love it Nick you can see what it can be. 😊😊😊
@@1MartinWaite I'm just watching it on the bigger screen and imagining what I would do with it. Bedrooms on the end, kitchen off the big living room, and 2 bathrooms by the bedrooms. It could be so quirky with a great feeling of space. Thank you 😊
Don't understand the reason why my co-citizens appreciate so much to destroy the wood and stone structure of these old houses and replace it for ghastly concrete structures, which, in the long run will eventually destroy the amazing stone walls as they were not meant to sustain concrete.
@@destino2portugal if the wood isn't treated and moist isolation, specially in central Portugal which is quite humid, isn't done, yes, the woods shall be infested with all sort of bugs.
That’s too bad they let the country houses go without maintenance for decades! They’re all beautiful in their original, but to take this kind of project requires knowledge of doing the labor yourself to save money and a lot of us don’t have that knowledge! I do ❤️ Portugal country side!
Provides excellent potential, the price of €27,500, means that this project is an incredibly affordable opportunity for someone with time and vision to create a unique and personalized space in a picturesque village setting.
The map is a little confusing - the area between the neighbours house doesn't seem to have access where the stairs go down through the Nasturtium's, and the neighbours "white tank" seems to be in this property? Does that boundary follow the driveway wall or is it a line from the front of the drive to the back wall of the house or public access for the other land behind the neighbour and this house's garden?
Stonework not good New poured floor had a hole 4:14 revealing concrete that looked only 1 inch thick. Last owner wants out after realizing the house is a bottomless money pit. Yes. I see the potential. ......of going broke.
Its a block and beam floor, one of the pot blocks has been smashed by probably kids playing inside, you realise that right? The stonework has stood for over 100 years. The owners are the Portuguese children who inherited it, they put a new roof on as its a big project and therefore easier to sell. Obviously it's a big job, but for someone who can do the work themselves it's a steal. Thanks for commenting and in your way supporting the channel 😀
@user-sr7wl5kq3u so you don't think there's a difference between two countries? I really wouldn't want to live in Italy, Spain or France. In your logic as well, this house would be 300k in the UK where I lived, it makes no sense.
But thats Italy, why even bring this up, the property is cheap because of the work needed, once done it will make a nice home for someone, also cheaper than buying it completed.
Con todo respeto, le digo que ese edificio es un peligro de muerte y no vale 5c. Ya desde el primer aposento se ve que la "losa" de concreto no tiene más de 2 cm, sin malla de acero y lo más probable es que esté sobre un montón de madera podrida

For the price I think this is a great house! I've seen some buildings with 4 walls double the price.
Good to see some integrity in the industry 👍
Great potential and lovely town!❤ Thank you for sharing, Vitor and Nick! 👍🥰👍
So much potential, great price too!
Thanks for sharing Nick and Vitor
Thanks Betty ♥️
WOW! And what a great little town, walkable.
Miranda do Corvo is 5 mins drive, pretty sure there's a bus service too
Good filming and commentary as always sir

Not if you can do the work yourself 👌

@@destino2portugal yes it’s a funny place to look at as it is but a good view and with measurements it could be a great home.
The property is good, but I don't have the budget, I need a small house
What a fantastic house! I didn't see whether it's on city/village sewer system, or would a septic tank be needed?
It would need a septic tank, sorry I forgot to mention that 😔

There is a real problem with wood boring insects in Portugal.

You made one video of home on road with some land, the price was 15k, can you send the link of video
@principalsirmsyadav if it's up then it's possibly still available.
If it was with an agent we have removed I'd approach with caution.
