@luisfilipe534 but the money immigrants they spend on properties goes to portuguese families. They then move to the area and spend money in local shops, restaurants and businesses. The portuguese families invest in other things, buy cars and new property so it all goes back into the economy. My house was empty for 20 years, I asked you before how long would you like them to remain empty for portuguese people to buy them? The truth is the areas we operate in are rural and dying, and no Portuguese wanted to live there, they all moved to the cities or went abroad. So how long should we give the portuguese to buy these old houses, 50 years?
The owners still live there and are incredibly busy, I think he has a big art exhibition in London at the moment. I think it takes a clever eye to see past possessions and what could be done in your own style.

My house was empty for 20 years, I asked you before how long would you like them to remain empty for portuguese people to buy them?
