Wonderful presentation BUT I think it's over priced.
I was so excited to see this detached property until the price popped up 😢. Would love to see more detached homes though !
Keep up the great work, love ALL your channels!!
Nice , but price seems high for the region and updates needed along with condition of driveway, rusted barrels etc.
For that price would expect a very large plot of land in addition to being fully furnished along with a price reduction.
I like that it's ground level, no stairs. And the rooms are very spacious and light.
BigHouse with Nice wooden high ceilings, tiles, bathrooms, fireplace and doors, and the windows and matching wooden furnitures. I really love watching your Italian Houses 🥰🏡🏠

Oh wow, yes this place is absolutely lovely.
Cool seeing the black chickens running around out there. It looks tranquil... was it quiet? So much space, nothing needing fixing (maybe some tidying and moving out of stuff) lots of light inside and views outside and yet level enough land for easily getting about. 😂
Anyone want to go halves?
❤
I thought it was exactly what i wanted in termscof layout, garden, view. But it's worth max 160k if you consider the completely unmantained garden, the old bathroom and kitchen, missing doors, no heating...Think ive seen cracked floor tiles as well. In the end putting the heating in means it needs full renovation.
What a beautiful place to live. I love all the wood work inside. Not much to fix up on this home. I love it!
I love this so much!! The house is so charming, the land and location are stunning.. I’m already mentally heading over with my dogs, horses and a suitcase. And a cap like Aiden’s to wear when I hang out in that window. 😊Thanks for another fabulous video! ❤
It's quite expensive for what it can offer. No heating, outdated interior, cracked pavements. Yes, location is great, no doubt. But 230K... Oof.
Love this house, wouldn't change a thing, to keep the look and style coherent. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The shutters work, unlike fake American ones! I also noticed the missing wooden door to the freezer! And I totally agree with the other commenters about the price; it's definitely a little steep. What does need work is the area surrounding the house, cleaning up the stray slabs sitting around, the weeds growing out of the cracks of the pavement, and the overgrown ground cover on the land. You could live permanently in the older section while renting out the newer to vacationers. Maybe there's space somewhere to build/install a 2nd kitchen and bathroom. 🙂
I definitely liked the inside but the outside not so much. If this was Umbria I could understand the high price somewhat and saying you should update the kitchen and bathroom also reinforces the point of the price being too high.
It's so nice so quite and peaceful
❤ perfect place ! The garage could be an art studio. 🎨 and storage for beach ⛱️ chairs. And my Vespa scooter. So much potential 😊😊😊 thankyou for sharing. Oh and lots of gardening.
Hi guys, I love the floor in the second living room. The view is beautiful, and the privacy is great. Old patios crack, and that’s to be expected. I’d redo in brick😊. Thanks for sharing this with us! 🐾🐾💚Jul and family
This is a fabulous house!
Great property. Loved the avian serenade❤
Wow! I love this house guys. With the amount of land and the perfect house, the price is reasonable. Although I would negotiate.😁
I love this town. Being single & in my 60's. I'd rather live in town. Pull out a table & chair . And drink to the beautiful people.
Wow the backyard it’s beautiful
Wow it’s very cozy house specially olive trees
Beautiful, and a great price too!
i din't notice any heating radiators, how is this house heated ?
Lots of living area. Great home
Love this property ❤
Lovely but far too expensive for the average Joe and Joanna. Any danger of seeking out walk in ready fully restored and furnished homes for the majority of us poor people? 😊
Not sure where these people live that complain about the price on 1 hectare, but that's about 1/10th the price of something in my current city with literally no land/yard area to speak of..
Considering the property includes 1000 square meters of land, it’s not a bad deal. The windows are fantastic and with the proper carpenter could easily be modified to dual pane windows. Kitchen is not too bad but where is the missing door to the freezer section of the refrigerator cabinet? An energy efficient fireplace / boiler insert by CLAM would be a nice addition to the first living area. Additional radiators could be placed on the wall in the second living area to heat it as well. Too bad no one thought of putting in radiant heat flooring system when it was built. Tile floors are ideal for transmitting heat around the house equipped with radiant heat.
If the land is fertile enough it could be repopulated with olive trees as well as some fruit trees.
Fabulous property - and room to put a little above ground plunge pool in. It won't be available long...
if i were 30 years younger, and had the means to relocate to another country, italy would ve one of my choices.
I was looking for the closets..
Hello, was the opening to the garage wide enough to fit a car inside? Thanks for your videos..
Yes it was
That’s a lot of square footage for the money as long as there’s no major structural or other issues.

No screens on many windows? Does that mean there are no bugs? Many houses in Italy don;t have external vents for the stove hoods. That seems a little odd as it would not bee too hard to arrange in the house. I like houses at this price point which is a little higher than most of your other videos. There is a window/vent on the send floor in the back above the garage. I did not see it in the any of the rooms so perhaps there is more space up higher. If there is water in the the garage area I would punch a door through where the plaster patch is and add an ensuite. Turn the existing tiny third bedroom into a sitting room/office and you would have an awesome master suite. Add screens everywhere and let the breeze blow. I do like the security doors and the land. Maybe you could do an episode on what to do with olive trees? Can you pay someone to harvest and mill/press? Do you need your own equipment? How much can you expect from a couple of acres of trees?
