Alameda CTC Commission Chair and Emeryville Mayor John J. Bauters, and Commission Vice Chair and AC Transit Board President Elsa Ortiz demonstrate how easy it is to bring your bike onto an AC Transit bus. All buses have options for riders to bring their bicycle on the bus. There are also many convenient ways to pay the bus fare. www.actransit.org/fares
    - Clipper Card and Clipper app, Bay Area’s all-in-one transit card.
    - AC Transit Official app, mobile payment
Riders will receive savings for local single ride compared to cash fare. Also with Pay-as-you-go, fares up to $5 will convert to Day Pass.
Alameda CTC adopted the 400-mile Countywide Bikeways Network, which includes a major focus on transit access. The bikeways and our zero emission buses help maintain good air quality in the Bay Area. The bikeways will support active transportation and connect communities throughout Alameda County.
