Maybe it's because of the exynos processor, but i'm still very happy with my phone.
Could be the Exynos 2200. But I had the same opinion until I travelled with this phone. The battery life was horrible, heat management was already a problem with SD 8 Gen 1
Snapdragon S22 user here for the last 3 months. First of all I have no clue on why these people expect full day long heavy usage battery, considering that the phone has mostly flagship things which are power hungry and the phone/ battery is small. tbh the battery at the beginning was dying with 4 or 4 and half hours of screen time but with the battery optimisation that samsung implemented has improved it quite a lot. It easily lasts a day now.
Got this for 48k on Amazon. I'll need to use it for a bit before coming to conclusions. I own a ROG3 soI'm a little worried about the batter life on the little fellow. That being said I got the S22 mainly for its size, clean bezels and the cameras.
@@PS-bp4ic in all honesty I cannot make a decision on the battery as the phone is still "learning" my usage patterns. Pathetic video when he says I do not recommend this phone. The Samsung display is the reason for its 73000 starting price. iPhone's display are pathetic. I have been using Samsung's from S1 and S2 kr zamane se and since then I have only switched once to iPhone 7 and that was my biggest mistake. Sold the iPhone 7 only after 1 year of usage and again bought Samsung. Now in the sale I am buying s22 plus for sure.
Samsung Galaxy S22 series has a serious design flaw. Its interiors get stressed whenever pressure, altitude & temperature change even a little bit, especially in cold weather or in A/c rooms. As a result, both the speakers start crackling & distorting whenever we play any multimedia or any notification sound. There could also be other underlying problems that would occur due to these frequent physical changes inside the phone. Is there anyone else here who has faced similar issue or maybe someone from Samsung, who could spread some light on their company's yet another major blunder here? Or maybe someone who would be willing to take action against Samsung's negligence, or at least call them out for their large-scale botch? It's been only a month since I've purchased my device, and I started noticing sound crackling & distortion in speakers within the 1st week itself. When I contacted a Samsung executive, he advised that this could be a software bug, so I formatted it and the issue didn't occur for another week. Later, the problem not only returned, but it started happening more frequently (initially, it would only happen once a day and then, it would go away after a reboot or after removing the sim card tray). The Samsung executives are now suggesting that I should leave my month-old flagship phone with them for a few days or weeks, and they would return it to me after opening it and replacing some components. I mean, obviously, that's what a user should expect after buying a flagship device in 2022 from a Brand like Samsung, isn't it? I have been researching this problem on the internet, and there are thousands of real user reviews & complaints regarding this issue across the globe. Still, unfortunately, Samsung has not yet acknowledged this flaw, as this would be a huge blowback to their brand's image after the battery explosion embarrassment. Honestly, it's an utter disappointment when you purchase a flagship phone, worth INR 1 Lac/ USD800, and there has been such a major failure in its R&D and pre-release technical testing. This is my 2nd Galaxy device ever, and in my personal experience, Samsung devices in 2022 continue to be unpolished beta versions of some random Chinese phone brand. Even companies like LG, Huawei, Pocco, Xiaomi, etc. have done better homework before selling a phone under their "flagship" banners. And at this point, comparing Samsung with Apple or OnePlus would be unfortunate at best.
I think the reason why you deal with the problems you experience with the battery life is because you live in a hot country. Phones tend to not work that great in hot environments.
The battery in this phone is abysmal. You don’t have to have anything going on and the phone battery will drain like there’s 15 apps open at the same time 😄. Samsung makes good phones, but they should be embarrassed for this pathetic battery life.

I am bit a techy guy so thinking to buy iPhone 13 and keep my s9 with me (use both devices) simultaneously Or I should buy Samsung S22+ and make my life Simple 🤔
Also I want a phone with good battery life , camera quality doesn't matter for me

If you are not bothered about the Apple ecosystem - get the iPhone 13

somehow my s22 with the exynos processor doesn't has a single of your problems, even the battery is pretty good, did some optimisations and i can easily get 5+ hours screen on time and 12 hours screen off time and still have some battery left, and yes, it was my daily phone for like 5 months from now.
My brother has S10+ and he wants to upgrade to S22,
Do you advise him to buy it or wait for S23¿
Wait a few months for the S23
35000 4 month old s22
Pixel 6a 1 month old 20k
Or should i wait for pixel 7a for 35
Or pixel 7 second hand 35k
you are smart. your comments are on point. I have the exact same complaints about the phone. good job
Got this for 48k on Amazon. I'll need to use it for a bit before coming to conclusions. I own a ROG3 soI'm a little worried about the batter life on the little fellow. That being said I got the S22 mainly for its size, clean bezels and the cameras.
I am planning to buy it. Please do let me know about your device. This is the first time i am going to invest 50k on a smartphone.
@@PS-bp4ic in all honesty I cannot make a decision on the battery as the phone is still "learning" my usage patterns. But from what little I've seen I would suggest you only go for this phone if your priority is size and the above average cameras. If you plan on doing any gaming. Forget it. Save your money and go for something else. There are SO many decent options out there.
@@JacobPhilips Not buying for gaming. Usually I don't change phones for 5 years. I wanted an Android smartphone that i could use for long term. And for the price, s22 seemed a great device. This is the first time i will buy so expensive phone ( I have usually bought under 30k). Just wanted to make sure if it's worth it.
@@PS-bp4ic I love the size, look and compact form factor. Aside from my worries about the battery life, everything else is perfect. No complaints. The 5 year support is also the best in the segment. So yes, if you can compromise on the battery life you won't be too upset with the phone. 👍🏼

Got this for 38k, a Solid case for 1.5k, a MagSafe conversion kit 0.8k and a wireless MagSafe compatible powerbank for 4k. About 45k... Took a trip to Goa, and the phone lasted for 15 hours with ample camera usage (860 odd photos in 3 days), navigation and dual SIM dual data connection. The powerbank also helped in acting like a handle for ergonomics.
All this in early October heat and Sun. Couldn't complain even if I wanted to, because of the camera and the size.

I have an S10 and the battery life has been great for 2-1/2 years, only the last few months has it been draining too fast or having slowdown. I think the S22 with Android 13 will be better.
Get it as soon as possible

If you are planning to use your device for at least 2 years, go for S21FE. I am saying this because the battery life on the S22 will get terrible after 6 months or so. That was the reason I sold mine
At that price though, why not Pixel 7?

The battery is extremely extremely bad.

Huh.. thought of giving it a try you saved my money. Never ever going back to Android expensive mobile. I hate poor battery life, heating issues even after spending such huge amount. I can buy a 10K basic android mobile and DSLR/ mirrorless camera and save money. professional cameras has more life than these depreciating mobiles. companies thinking with the help of paid youtubers they can sell more these kind of crappy mobiles.

Where to get that wallpaper from?
Sold my s20 plus and buying now s22 plus. Always a Samsung fan. :)
This happens to me all the time. The speaker quality is garbage in cold weather.
Thanks for the details. Does your pH have snapdragon or Exynos? And would you recommend this ph now? I really like the compact design
I think the reason why you deal with the problems you experience with the battery life is because you live in a hot country. Phones tend to not work that great in hot environments.
Agreed but that doesn't mean these phones are not meant to use in hot countries :)
Back cover link??
Loved it.......Can u re-review the s21...???
I have the cheapest version and haven't had or any of your issues
What about the sound quality (stereo speakers)
The battery in this phone is abysmal. You don’t have to have anything going on and the phone battery will drain like there’s 15 apps open at the same time 😄. Samsung makes good phones, but they should be embarrassed for this pathetic battery life.
Absolutely love how you just said all the true stuff 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I was really looking forward to buy the galaxy s22 but me being a Uni student in a foreign country a good battery life is a big requirement for me; I use hell lot of Google Maps on the go with Mobile Data. And I absolutely loved how you said battery wont last long if i do that on Galaxy S22.
Hey is the galaxy S22+ any better regarding the battery life? And what about the Nothing Phone 1; is that any better?
S22+ also have less battery backup
S22+ has 4500 mAh battery..compared to s22 which has mere 3700
Even s21 had 4000
For making it compact samsung really compromised on its battery.. also doesnt support fast charging.. 25W for 22 and 45W for 22+ is way early 2000s.. should have supported at least 60W fast charging
What is your wallpaper called
S22 or s22+ which is best?
Depends on u. Like Big screens vs compact, in hand feel? U mind Wifi 6 vs 6e? Care about 45w fast charging vs 25w? Rest is pretty much the same.
Now it's price is 37k in Flipkart
Will it be useful or s21 fe
I think Samsung Galaxy s22 better from Galaxy s22 plus
None of the othe manufacturers except huawei with emui desktop. Didnt both of them come out at a similar time as well but the emui one became wireless first? Too bad thats not really an option anymore.
