The nomenclature is miles ahead of the lay person, so the lay person will never fully receive the message clearly. Educators need to get it through their heads they are not educating their peers, but people who DO NOT KNOW about the subject being presented. Stop assuming people already know about the subject being taught. As an educator looking for educational materials for trainees it is the bane of my existence. If you want to sound technical and cool, fine, they have professional journals for that. Anyway, good try.
