  • One of the key features of Tuff joint jointing grout is its high strength. This means that it can withstand high levels of pressure and movement without breaking down or loosing its integrity. This is particularly useful when it comes to installing tile and other heavy-duty materials in high traffic areas of your home.
    Another great thing about Tuff joint jointing grout is that it is moisture-resistant. This means that it won't dissolve or deteriorate in the presence of moisture or water. This makes it an excellent choice for sealing joints in areas where moisture is a concern, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
    Tuff joint jointing grout is also incredibly durable. This means that it can withstand extreme temperatures and changes in temperature. Whether you're dealing with hot summers or cold winters, Tuff joint grout will remain strong and durable, ensuring that your joints will be secure and tight for years to come.
    Overall, Tuff joint jointing grout is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a tough and durable grout that can withstand the demands of heavy-duty home construction projects. Whether you're installing tile, fixing leaky pipes, or simply joining different materials together, Tuff joint grout is sure to do the job right the first time.

      As for the grout I’ve used it before and it’s still solid I wouldn’t be surprised if you could do the same with flowpoint and megj 🤷

      Would you consider doing an experiment? Brushing in flowpoint, then wetting it? Could be an interesting video. Keep up the good work.

    Great video 👍 If you want to add more (as it drops), should you wait until the first layer has cured or just dry it off and put the second layer on straight away? Thanks

    • @tidybrickslandscaping
      @tidybrickslandscaping  9 месяцев назад

      Yeh dry it off and add some more so it all bonds as one 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

    Exactly at 1 min, when you have started brush it, joints look wet. Have you wet these and added more stuff on top to compound it better?

    • @tidybrickslandscaping
      @tidybrickslandscaping  4 месяца назад +1

      It’s wasn’t as dry as I wanted and didn’t have time for it to totally dry out and yes I had to add to it again later as it does settle down a few mm 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

    Could i lay a porcelain tile patio over my existing indian sandstone one? If i rollered a coat of sbr over it before placing the motar bed on top then the slurry on base of the tile? Or would you recommend i take the existing slabs up? Thanks

    • @tidybrickslandscaping
      @tidybrickslandscaping  4 месяца назад +1

      All depends on the base under the sandstone if it’s sunk in places then maybe not otherwise I’d say yes I’ve done it myself after all it only foot traffic 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
