I found an interesting YT post from a South African commercial tobacco farmer. He’s set up a fully controlled fermentation operation with Wi-Fi monitoring. While it’s not something we need to do, you might find some interesting stats on temperatures and humidity. I’m aware you are an electrical engineer, so you will find it interesting and maybe can compare notes.

I could do this but I have no need if I was going to I would probably use a programmable Inkbird that has a lot of functionality, his temperature is a few degrees hotter than what I use also by using bins I control the moisture without any drama. My PID system is way more than what is needed you do not need 0.1 degrees accuracy mine was built for a still I never got around to making.

@@obi1kahnobee549 oh ya bread is very simple. Just add salted butter!
I make bread with 3 ingredients plus water.
Does the unsalted butter in your area have inflammation causing natural flavors in it? I hear that food in the US is different than other countries. We have additives that make the body sick.

I don't use butter but your butter is white whereas the butter here is yellow.@@candyflair7946
