I think it would be rad if McDonalds decided to open a "McInternational Cafe" where basically they serve a bit of everything from all of the overseas menus. I feek like a lot of people here in America would actually really like the stuff designed for other countries.

Here in England, we change our McFlurrys sometimes. For example, recently the celebrations McFlurry was introduced, replacing the dairy milk and crunchie McFlurrys. We also have smarties, Oreo and Malteser McFlurrys too.
Also, I’m pretty sure we don’t do any of the worldwide burgers anymore. At least, our two closest mcdonalds don’t. I’m pretty sure they were limited time items.

It is because of the fact that USA don't have any rules about the amount of grease/salt/sugar that are authorized ! In France, McDonald's tastes completely different because of the rules we have here :) (I personnally never tasted the American version though as I can't travel, but everyone says so !)

New Zealand actually has a lot of other unique items too. Some of them are hokey pokey shake, kiwi burger, Mac and cheese bites, massive McMuffin, the boss, breakfast bagels, chicken mcmuffin, cookie time McFlurry, serious Angus, Texan bbq bacon burger, grilled chicken almighty and crispy chicken almighty. The Georgie pie has been discontinued as of 2020.

Yeah, that's so new to me too lol. In Germany, we usually have three to four McFlurry flavours which differ a little every few months. When I was in France, I didn't eat one, but I'm sure they had at least three McFlurry flavours too. Same with Austria and Switzerland they already mentioned

When I was living in Macau, I'd often have a pork broth macaroni soup with fried egg and pork cutlet. Very yummy and warming. They also had a McCafe that smelled bomb macaroons

This hypes up people's expectations when they visit a fast food restaurant, and so the management has to deliver. The US, by contrast, is almost at the saturation point, and you can find a McDonald's virtually on every tenth block. This is also the reason why the menu at McDonald's restaurants in the US is quite limited compared to restaurants in other countries.

Hong Kong McDonalds is on a different level. I went to HK when I was about 7 years old and I remember seeing macarons on display over there and they were selling them per piece. It didn't feel like a typical joint to get junk food. The macarons were the best I've ever tired, at least at the verdict of a 7-year old's taste buds~

I definitely would, and the rest of you should as well! In the Nether, McDonald's sells the McKroket, which is some sort of burger with a patty-shaped Dutch beef croquette and a very creamy type of mustard on it, and it tastes beyond amazing. I can definitely not advise against eating the McKroket if you ever visit the Nether and crave McDonald's there.

It isn’t just other countries. Sometimes, you will find different items on the menu that only are available in certain states in America. Like where I live, I can get biscuits and gravy, which I never got in other McDonalds in other states I’ve been to. It’s wild.
In the netherlands one of the most popular macdonalds items is the McKroket. It’s a burger made from ragout and pulled beef/pork meat, fried and covered with a crusty layer, on a soft bun with mayo-mustard sauce. It’s really good and actually one of the cheaper items they sell.
We they also sell that toblerone mcflurry.

I've seen the ShakeShake fries and the Queso Pie in the US a few times, but it's always a limited time thing.
We have gulai chicken in Indonesia and rendang burger. The most recent one is lengkuas chicken, mixed berries mcflurry with froot loops and white choco strawberry pie. We also have paket nasi uduk.

From my own personal travels I have seen that Italy's McDonald's sells olives stuffed with chicken, Singapore's sells fried happy face shaped potato nuggets, Canada's sells poutine, China sells corn for breakfast instead of hash browns, and Japanese sells fries with chocolate and pumpkin sauce for Halloween.

In Malaysia there is a nasi lemak at McDonald’s
Nasi lemak is basically a fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf
With a sambal (spicy sauce) and nuts and fried anchovies (it’s not disgusting I promise)
You can also eat it with chicken
Edit: It is also commonly served with hard boiled eggs and cucumbers

in Brazil we have the MC Picanha which is a Brazilian barbecue hamburger, and a few years ago MC Donald's here was forced by the government to serve PF = prato feito (made dish) which is a very common dish here of rice, beans, meat and some vegetables with salad because MC employees were complaining that there were only unhealthy foods for employees to have lunch and the government forced MC Donald's to sell PF and they ended up extending the business to customers as well.
In Portugal we have kit kat mcflurry, M&M's mcflurry, snickers mcflurry and recently a limited edition called cornetto crush also we used to have maltesers mcflurry but we dont have it anymore. I recommend people to eat our McDonald's soup (Caldo verde; Creme de legumes; Creme de ervilhas, etc...)

Mcfalafel is not served in any arabic country that i know of (no one would buy flafel from mcdonalds in arabia anyways) it is served in sweden not because of the arabs but because of vegans
