Very sweet. A thought about cutting the slit, using a tip from mini album techniques. Punch in using a 1/16 hole punch on each end and cut from one punch to the other. This tutorial is making me want to make one of these. My wedding anniversary is soon, so my husband might get one of these. Thanks for the tutorial. KC
Hi Maymay, Just finished making an birthday card for my granddaughter using the other method. It was my first time making a card like this. I think it turned pretty good. Thank you and Aunt Dottie for the idea... Love to share it but I'm not sure how to do it. God Bless
MayMay, just wondering since I don't have that stamp set, do you know if the We Are Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board could work. Great tutorial and thank you for your help! 💚
Just so cute ! I have to let you know when you used the gold washi tape I found myself singing like Bubble & Squeak "five golden things".. I know it wasn't in the golden things but my brain went there.
Great job Aunt Dottie. I love how this turned out. Maymay this is so stinking cute. I love it. Can't wait to get the envelope stamp set and make one of these really cute cards. We love you ladies so much. Thanks Maymay for all you for us.!
Is there any way you could show us how to make this using the We R Memory Keepers envelope punchboard? What size envelope would need to be made etc? Thanks for sharing.
I also have the We R Memory Keepers envelope punch board. I did the smallest envelope for the card size 2x3 1/2. So you use a 5x5 piece of paper to make your envelope. I also had to adjust the envelope and do a little trimming to make it fit as it was just a little too wide for the card. Hope that makes sense!
Bonjour.
This card is so cute I am going to make it for my neighbors. Thank you for the idea. Thanks to Aunt for sharing. Have blessed week.
Have made this style of stand-up card before but without the envelope effect. Great idea, can't wait to try it!
You a great teacher MayMay. God truly gave you a gift. God Bless You! Donna, El Paso, TX
