V3 Sakazuki 5. V3 Law 6. V1 Snakeman 7. O-saba Mask 8. Bullet 9. Jack 10. V1 Rayleigh While Kaido isn't the strongest legend in the game, he is the best imo. He just makes everything so easy to clear. 1st thing I always do when a new island comes out is to check if Kaido can clear it.

That's only because I have Luffy/Sanji. I think for global the timeline of events will be different which means V2 Snakeman is a fantastic unit to have. If Luffy/Sanji didn't exist, V2 Snakeman would still be super powerful, even when they exist, he can still be a better option for certain content because his supertype is so useful.

For a second I got nervous in your PVP Included Tier List. I thought you specifically meant PVP Only Tier List, and I got disappointed to myself that only STR Akainu is included in the Shooter team I'm building and using my rumble scrolls into. Then I realized it's a combination of both PVE and PVP, and I know Kizaru and Ace and Franky won't be included at all because they're really only good in PVP. Thanks Atsu!

My only comment on the Lawfy is that its amazing that its still relevant at this point. The only relevant qck luffy unit if you need one and outside of carrot cora v1 ray and sabo koala its the oldest unit in the list. If you pulled him on day 1 you got tons of mileage

My top 5 units would be the ones i actually have lol. In my opinion it goes top to bottom. Kaido, bullet, v1 snakeman, v2 katakuri and deadbeard. In my opinion i really like kaido for his 400x dex dmg to all enemies at the end of the turn and that it does it three times if you do double kaido captian. I really hope kaido gets a 6+ sooner or later but i guess its a little too early for that. His 6+ name would be "raging power unleashed Kaido". His special should be called "Last resort" which would change his 400x dex dmg to all enemies at end of each turn to 400x rainbow dmg to all enemies at end of each turn. Unless that's just way to busted for a unit lol.
Funny thing I just got luffy snake V2 from my 5th with like all the units that were on top tier on the video. Thing is I'm actually incredibly new to this game and currently I'm using bullet as my captain. Any suggestions for making a solid team?
i personally don't like luffy and sanji, i never tried them but on paper theur kit looks weird. for example, why do they boost hp instead of rcv if you want to have high hp percentage? etc. But again, i never tried them tho, soo....
Not weird at all, boosting hp means that they will have more overhealed hp. Plus Sanji heals 1000 hp per turn, and their switch effect gives them a RCV orb. On top of that their special heals them by 50x their RCV, and changes all orbs into RCV.

If you have 20k hp base, you can heal up to 40k, but you only need to have 20k hp to meet the conditions. Plus they can heals tons of hp each turn, so it's actually very easy to fulfill all the conditions.

Ive been playing for 4 years now and pay about 200 to 300 every month and have still never pulled them on jp or global lol... also no shanks crew or luffy sanji.... what makes it even worse is the fact that I've been playing this long and and pay this much and have never even gotten the new unit on their debut banner which means ive never even gotten an extended animation lol.... I think I got one once for Brooke? Either way whoever was definitely wasn't the debut legend lol.

as a global f2p player i RARELY use luffy law because they are boring and just not powerfull enough imo. I would rather use douglas bullet any time of the week rather then luffy law
He gives advice based on the experience in the japanese version here and there Luffy/Sanjis dominates everything. So as he explains Luffy/Law loses much relevance because you can't use them in such teams. At the moment in global they should be in the top row.
@@f.carasind4188 what i mean is luffylaw are an orb booster luffysanji are an attack booster. Luffylaw got a 2x attack self attack boost on the swich. My point isnt he his out dated but why is he "worst" then other legends bullet, kaido and etc.
@@fimpen9182 V2 Snakeman also gives a 2.5 orb boost. V2 snakman is also a rainbow captain with a minimum boost of 3.75x, and a maximum of 5x. Snakeman is also faster. Luffy Sanji is a luffy legend with higher multipliers, fantastic sustain, and great utility. Shanks crew has nice utility, and is a 4.5x captain with tons of EOT damage. He also has a 3 turn 3.5x chain lock which no one else has. Additionally Shanks crew can boost your crew's attack by 1.5 every turn, guarantees you 4 matching orbs (unless you have block orbs), and has a minimum attack multiplier of 3.25. Also since he can boost attack by 1.5x each turn Shanks crew will often hit harder than other legends on a turn to turn basis. Luffy Law has a 3x minimum boost, and isn't as fast as other legends as well. Then you have characters like V3 Law which are quick because you don't have to worry about the mechanics of switch effects because they are a single character. They have a minimum boost of 4x with a max of 4.5x, great sustain because of the damage reduction and guaranteed heal each turn (with luffy law you need to have law out and hit perfects to heal). Law has a 2.25x orb boost which isn't as strong, but it last for 2 turns, and he has his unique chain mechanic to go along with it, plus he has great orb manipulation. With that he does tons of damage, has a better or equivalent attack multiplier to luffy law most of the time, has better sustain, and is faster. Kaido will always be relevant, and Atsu talks about why early in the video. Bullet will basically always be relevant because he's super effective against all types. He also boosts 3 colors which is effectively 60% of the units in the game, gives himself a massive 4.75x attack boost, has the highest attack in the game, and can deal insane EOT damage while having a guaranteed hp cut (unless NAO is present).
Maybe im stupid but I don't see how luffy and sanji are CLEARLY above shanks crew. I mean they are definitely one of the top legends in the game but I don't see how they are head and shoulders above everyone else. Honestly I kinda think shanks crew is better still just looking at it on paper. I never pulled them so I wouldn't know and also anyone I do have I can never afford to put tablets into because I just don't have time to play the game 20 hours a day.
I’m so sad, i grinded on story to get the all sugo fest multi, and I got 3 luffy aces and 2 brooks. The only new units that were worth it are stampede luffy and chopper, and then TECHNICALLY i also got v2 fujitora.

He gives advice based on the experience in the japanese version here and there Luffy/Sanjis dominates everything. So as he explains Luffy/Law loses much relevance because you can't use them in such teams. At the moment in global they should be in the top row.
@@f.carasind4188 what i mean is luffylaw are an orb booster luffysanji are an attack booster. Luffylaw got a 2x attack self attack boost on the swich. My point isnt he his out dated but why is he "worst" then other legends bullet, kaido and etc.
@@fimpen9182 V2 Snakeman also gives a 2.5 orb boost. V2 snakman is also a rainbow captain with a minimum boost of 3.75x, and a maximum of 5x. Snakeman is also faster. Luffy Sanji is a luffy legend with higher multipliers, fantastic sustain, and great utility. Shanks crew has nice utility, and is a 4.5x captain with tons of EOT damage. He also has a 3 turn 3.5x chain lock which no one else has. Additionally Shanks crew can boost your crew's attack by 1.5 every turn, guarantees you 4 matching orbs (unless you have block orbs), and has a minimum attack multiplier of 3.25. Also since he can boost attack by 1.5x each turn Shanks crew will often hit harder than other legends on a turn to turn basis. Luffy Law has a 3x minimum boost, and isn't as fast as other legends as well. Then you have characters like V3 Law which are quick because you don't have to worry about the mechanics of switch effects because they are a single character. They have a minimum boost of 4x with a max of 4.5x, great sustain because of the damage reduction and guaranteed heal each turn (with luffy law you need to have law out and hit perfects to heal). Law has a 2.25x orb boost which isn't as strong, but it last for 2 turns, and he has his unique chain mechanic to go along with it, plus he has great orb manipulation. With that he does tons of damage, has a better or equivalent attack multiplier to luffy law most of the time, has better sustain, and is faster. Kaido will always be relevant, and Atsu talks about why early in the video. Bullet will basically always be relevant because he's super effective against all types. He also boosts 3 colors which is effectively 60% of the units in the game, gives himself a massive 4.75x attack boost, has the highest attack in the game, and can deal insane EOT damage while having a guaranteed hp cut (unless NAO is present).

Maybe im stupid but I don't see how luffy and sanji are CLEARLY above shanks crew. I mean they are definitely one of the top legends in the game but I don't see how they are head and shoulders above everyone else. Honestly I kinda think shanks crew is better still just looking at it on paper. I never pulled them so I wouldn't know and also anyone I do have I can never afford to put tablets into because I just don't have time to play the game 20 hours a day.

I’m so sad, i grinded on story to get the all sugo fest multi, and I got 3 luffy aces and 2 brooks. The only new units that were worth it are stampede luffy and chopper, and then TECHNICALLY i also got v2 fujitora.
Stampede Luffy and Chopper are good, V2 Fuji is garbage.
