Very nice. Just shared it on Facebook. I never thought of doing the head and arm choke like that before. I always have trouble with it. Next time I'll try the hugging variation. Thanks and keep up the great work.
i think that you have a knack for teaching movement and procedure! these clips are very well shot and performed by you and your volunteer! ..and I think for some videos they are too long winded. you are quick in your instructions and perfromance thanks. very clean examples.
dude can you do a detailed vid of the brabo from side control its the only move that i cant figure out...plus i love chokes so this would be very helpful. since it seems like there are a bunch of options with it. thanks
Man, wish I had an option to watch it at half speed. If you can afford it, go for a camera that does 60p - I know the Canon 7D can, footage looks amazing!
***** Why on the kimura to spinning arm bar from side control (0:53) aren't you putting both legs across the guys body? Then there's nothing keeping him from stepping over with his left leg and turning over into you and possibly getting side control on you? Is there a reason behind it? I'm not criticizing or anything. I'm just really into this technique and I'm definitely gonna use it and I was just curious as to the reasoning behind it. Is there a reason, wouldn't just putting both legs across make it more secure and keep them fro escaping? Thanks for making these videos they're very beneficial!
Can I ask You about the Hug Choke, it's very similar to Arm Triangle, just without the "rear-naked" style lock with arms. Is it the variation, or we can call them 2 different submissions?
"your success with them is determined by your timing, your opponents reaction, your positioning, and your understanding of what your opponent will do next." pretty sure this statement insinuates your opponent wont just lay there
Dude as a pro Mma fighter and coach I find your videos a fantastic reference tool! Best in the net! Thank you!

how did you download it on your computer ? so now you can watch it without internet?
Where is your gym?
Change the word youtube and type voobys then press enter and it will download the vid...(wwwvoobys.......
Hug choke? Isn't it called side choke or something?
HI MATE .. YOU LOOK MORE FLUID ... NICE
I have download the video so I can watch it slower :P
Why so fast..
🤣🤣🤣🤣😠😠😠
Remember this shit will never work against anyone thats spent even 1 day in a BJJ class.
Depends on how fast and tricky you do it
This video forgets to mention that you don't just do this, no one just lays there and lets you transition on them.
