Great examples 😅 So maybe using a coupon to help pay for that first dinner date, maybe not such a spiffy idea? I make certain to let her know it's my very first dog, that I still have lots and lots to learn about dogs. No, I didn't realize my Jack Russell would shed profusely and without ceasing. Yes, we always sleep together 🤣🤣🐕
I really liked this video! I am an ex-smoker having last cigarette 40 years ago- I don’t have a lot of deal breakers but smoking is definitely a deal breaker for me…
Thanks Carey, I was cringing and laughing at all of these. Even the ones I'm guilty of 😄 As you were reading them off, I was imagining the reaction of the person on the receiving end of each statement. Priceless!
That was fun to watch. I met a guy tonight and found out that his 27 year-old recovering alcoholic daughter lives with him. She’s been in and out of rehabs. Sorry, but that’s a deal breaker for me.
fair enough. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that you were not really attracted to this man, didn’t really enjoy his company or personality, and didn’t see a future with this man despite this dealbreaker.
Being 65 I have seen heard and experienced a lot. I am not rich but my things are all paid for. My grown children are all good working adults. I am leery of people that have problem family members are perpetually broke and don’t take responsibility for their decisions. I will continue to engage with women at random. God has the right woman out there for me. Smile say hello try to look as good as I can for the situation.
Those dealbreakers had me laughing out loud! Friends invited me to a gathering at their home and I know they did so because they wanted me to meet a particular guy. Nice guy and I could tell he liked me although I never heard from him afterwards I believe if I would’ve shown interest he would’ve. I chose not to ask after him because of his view on a particular political situation in a foreign country. That was a red flag for me but looking back I should have reached out. He was super nice and he is a pilot! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Sounds like you had some reservations about your “ red flags” … those could have become overcome.. come on, it’s a political issue in a foreign country!! But having said that I understand the situation..
Typically there have to be numerous red flags for someone to not go on a second date. (Often up to 3 dealbreakers, studies say) Did you treat your red flag like a dealbreaker or 4? ;)
@@CoffeewithCarey I only spent a couple of hours with him in mixed company ie not just the two of us. I would say it was the third red flag of the night but was a dealbreaker lol. Dare I say one of the red flags was that when we stood up to leave he was quite a bit shorter than me and I’m 5’7”. 😅

Plenty have tried to use the coupon or Groupon to pay for the date, but it doesn’t usually go well. Lol

Congrats on quitting smoking. I hear it's not easy to do.

@@CoffeewithCarey Yes to all of those.
The situation with the actively alcoholic daughter would be more than I want to deal with. Definitely a deal breaker.
This was so funny. Your facial expressions 🤣
Hahahahha!!!

I agree!
Yup. Everybody has their red fags and dealbreakers…and their pet peeves!
🚩 my ex is just so crazy
🚩 Monogamy us a scam
🚫 Complains about paying child support
🚫 Trash talks the parent of their children
The monogamy one would also be a dealbreaker for most people
I saw your DB & RF on the list, but what does the ? Mean?
Depends on the person/situation. Could be either… or great news!
Yikes! I haven't dated anyone new in 6 years (recently divorced). This scares me lol.
It wasn’t meant to be scary. It was supposed to be funny. 🤦🏻♀️

Politics sometimes show a person's values. Trust your instincts. This may have been a good decision.
