Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Spent $1,800. They messed up my order after it took 10 days to arrive. Now they won’t reply to their emails and don’t have a landline. Should’ve known better when I saw they didn’t have a phone number
Bummer. I’ve placed a dozen or so orders now and never had any real issues and shipping has always been faster than expected. If you spent that kind of money I’m guessing you bought something from cbi or a manufacturer that’s not directly affiliated with 4runnerlifestyle so the issue could be on that end. If all else fails you could try emailing them. That would probably be more productive than bashing them on RUclips
I just received mine and it only came with the square head bolts and 3 plastic clips for the scoop. No nuts or clips for the sound deadening under the hood just fyi
I ordered the matte black scoop for my 18 off road. The scoop I received came with the clips and bolts but did not come with nuts. The bolts that came with the product were larger than my stock bolts so I had to go to auto zone and buy different nuts. I then went to install the scoop and as I attempted to tighten the nuts on the bolt the square bolt head continually turned in the housing not allowing the nut to tighten. There is also not enough room to hold the bolt head still. I sent this company a message about this 4 days ago and have not heard back. Anyone else have this issue?

Right now I know they are caught up within about 12 hours so we should be able to get it fixed today!
We should have mentioned this in the Video but we've seen a lot of people having this issue because they do not properly pull the center Orange clip down so it never clicks into position. Best way is to pinch the tip with some pliers and just pull down gently and it will click so this never happens.

I'm surprised someone doesn't offer those Raptor LED grille lights to mount in the hood scoop. There are morons who will buy them.
You should make a solid/closed model for those of us who don’t like having fake scoops. Just make it look like a hood bulge. I’ll buy two.
I prefer the painted scoop on my OR. Black looks cheap to me.
Mine didn’t come with nuts and the OEM nuts don’t fit. Figured that out after I clipped the new one in. Irritated
