My dad has demencia now, he isn't himself, but even when he was, he was mean and I always felt like I always had to be perfect to deserve love because he criticised us (brother and sisters) a lot. This pressure I felt still affects me as a adult woman. I find it difficult to open up to people because I'm scared of their judgement, so I feel lonely and don't even know who I truly am because because I don't even know how it feels to be myself. I feel like an empty shell. But listening to your videos makes me smile because you're so kind, positif and funny. I thank God, because I feel he created you to show us what a good dad is. You help me to imagine God the Father as someone loving and compassionate.

Thank you for taking the time to write this prayer of OUR LADY, in Spanish. I am not fluent in Spanish. However, for 15 years I lived in a city that has to be one of the most gentrified cities in the Country - and I did learn Spanish. There were people from Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and South America - Guatemala, Venezuela, Argentina, Belize, Peru - Some of these people acted like they couldn't speak English, towards me, so if I wanted or needed to ask a question, I had to speak in Spanish. About 5 years later, one of the gentleman who was friendly with me spoke to me in perfect English. I can't imagine the look on my face - but then we laughed. He said, That's the only way you're going to learn Spanish on the streets. Spanish people would ask me, "Where did you learn Spanish?" and I told them I lived in a Spanish community. In the year 2000, I moved to a neighboring town and NO ONE speaks Spanish - not in the stores or in the shops. It is just as important for others to learn English, when they move to the United States. The door swings both ways. But I've lost much of the Spanish I had learned as there's no one to speak Spanish to, randomly, on a daily basis and I miss it. ALmost all or VERY MANY of those of the first generation who came to this country, did not teach their children their native language. It was frowned upon and it WAS AN UNSPOKEN RULE. They came to The United States of America and their children were American. While waiting for the bus with a fellow a little older than I, a conversation started and that unspoken rule is what it was about. He looked at me and said, You're the only person I ever heard speak that. As stated, it was an unspoken rule. God bless you🙏🌹

My miraculous medal and brown scapular broke in same week. I never took them off but often toss and turn at night where I think they were weakened. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by all the possible sacramentals and possible prayers. I wish I could trust the current pope.

Thank you for taking the time to write this prayer of OUR LADY, in Spanish.
I am not fluent in Spanish. However, for 15 years I lived in a city that has to be one of the most gentrified cities in the Country - and I did learn Spanish. There were people from Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and South America - Guatemala, Venezuela, Argentina, Belize, Peru - Some of these people acted like they couldn't speak English, towards me, so if I wanted or needed to ask a question, I had to speak in Spanish. About 5 years later, one of the gentleman who was friendly with me spoke to me in perfect English. I can't imagine the look on my face - but then we laughed. He said, That's the only way you're going to learn Spanish on the streets. Spanish people would ask me, "Where did you learn Spanish?" and I told them I lived in a Spanish community.
In the year 2000, I moved to a neighboring town and NO ONE speaks Spanish - not in the stores or in the shops.
It is just as important for others to learn English, when they move to the United States. The door swings both ways. But I've lost much of the Spanish I had learned as there's no one to speak Spanish to, randomly, on a daily basis and I miss it.
ALmost all or VERY MANY of those of the first generation who came to this country, did not teach their children their native language. It was frowned upon and it WAS AN UNSPOKEN RULE. They came to The United States of America and their children were American. While waiting for the bus with a fellow a little older than I, a conversation started and that unspoken rule is what it was about. He looked at me and said, You're the only person I ever heard speak that.
As stated, it was an unspoken rule.

My miraculous medal and brown scapular broke in same week.
I never took them off but often toss and turn at night where I think they were weakened.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed by all the possible sacramentals and possible prayers.
I wish I could trust the current pope.

It shows deep love and mercy to pray for those who we feel offend God but how can we expect mercy if we do not extend it, so cast all anxieties at the foot of the cross and pray for all our deluded priests and our pope xx
