Gerund makes noun with ing. Celebrate verb noun celebration. This construction is known as object pronouns. Gerund can be used in three forms. Smoking is bad for u. 2 my favourite activity is reading. 3. I hate packing. Packing is changed into ing by hate. Packing is object here. It is a gerund too. But hate changes pack into ing.
