Sometimes "there word" comes in the beginning of the sentences
In that time how to decide "there word" works like a adverb or dummy subject
"These sentences is found on internet."
1 Where there is brought forward loss or loss is to be carried forward.
2. There is started to establish from code as recived a particular word.......

1. I said to him vs i said him (transitive to whom..... No preposition)
