I grew up in a mid century split level home in Chicago. I really liked the architectural features. The fireplace was cool! the updates they did do, are nice. The biggest turn off in this house was when you first walked in the front door. the kitchen entrance is right there. The site lines take you right to that stove and kitchen counter. If your entertaining, the first things your guests will see is not that fireplace, or the living room, but the mess in the kitchen.
Paradise Palms. Palmer and Kreisel model 5 house. The downstairs front was originally a car port. The back downstairs was a rec room with optional wet bar.
A little bit of a Brady Bunch house entry door look. I kinda dig the tri level designs. Cheers
I definitely love the tri-level designs back in the day.

I chimed in for the house but your commentary was funny.
Is the floor plan available?
That floor plan would be available in The Beverly Green/Huntridge neighborhood...more specifically this guy en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Krisel
You go in and out and linger a bit too long on things. Otherwise I agree with you on the notes about good and bad
Agreed. I've shortened my vids since then.
Nice home but I would rather the window in the kitchen face the back yard. Thanks so Much for a nice video. Are you a Realtor also?
The window in the kitchen does face the back yard.
What area/zip code is this?
The house itself is special. The owner's taste is questionable and very dated. My guess is, elderly folks live here
