I've had the same bad luck with watermelon this summer so far. I'll have to find one of those little apple ones to try! Also, I found out from the nutritional science department at the University I work at that white rice is nutritionally about the same as multigrain so go ahead and eat white.
@@nemokeem LOL well it’s my job to report on US department of agriculture funded research impacts from food, nutrition, plant, animal and environmental science that our faculty conduct. The carb difference is also rather small. Since I’m diabetic, when I’m craving rice, I make a bigger batch and mix in konjac rice to reduce the calories/carbs without affecting the taste and texture too much.
