Then years of lifting patients, etc. Had corsets, plaster body jacket, and steroid nerve block. Now in my 70s, I have a left scoliosis in my lower back. Also had a fractured coccyx courtesy of my ex husband. Also 2 discectomies in my neck. So for you to keep going and hide it from everyone, and keep your sense of humour. You are amazing. I really enjoy visiting your life, thank you ❤️💗👵🏴🌹🌹

I've found doing online grocery shopping heavily reduces my impulse purchases. My trips to the store have basically halved in cost because of it.
