- Hey everyone!
So, this video is basically a vlog of my life in the city that I absolutely adore, New York.
Just to give you a heads up, I headed to NYC when I was 18 for college. I spent a good two years there before life threw me a curveball, and I had to head back to Korea due to family stuff, ultimately giving up on my college pursuits.
Funny thing is, when I was in NYC, I eagerly wanted to go back to Korea, but when the time came to actually leave, I felt kinda bummed out😅
Anyway, New York holds a special place in my heart, but it also helped me grow through some tough times. So, kick back, relax, and please enjoy my NYC vlog series!

H Mart seriously is the best! It's allowed me to try so many foods I've seen in your and other Korean creators videos! (Sorry they didn't have Buldak! The ones in New Jersey do.) Hope you had a great time on your trip❤

근데 해외라는 느낌보단 동네탐방하는것같은 바이브가 있네요. 넘나 자연스러워서 또 놀람 ㅎㅎ전 낯설고 사람많은곳에선 쫄거든요 ㅠㅠ 특히 영어 ㅜㅜ
허허 저에겐 익숙한곳이라서 그런가 봐요! 저도 오랜만에 갔지만 어제온 것 처럼 편안했던,,🥹

Maybe it may seem that in youth Nemo was a punk, but in fact, now adult travels with a used laundry roller, freezes her hands so that we can see something beautiful on the street and swears when a face patch falls on the table (… and is also afraid of American and Korean pigeons🥹)

My HMart here in NJ isn’t nearly as fancy but has tons of Buldak. I wonder if they had it on a display somewhere that you missed?
It wasn’t that cinnamon-y haha.. +I asked the staff but they said they only had the imitations🥲

I'm curious, was there any shock over how expensive prices are here?
Also, the H Mart you went to really isn't the best. The ones in Queens are incredible in terms of price and selection. The problem is how far they are from the city 😢

Didn't realize the pirces until I checked my apple pay account but got shocked how money can disappear in the blink of an eye haha.. Yup! More NYC vlogs are coming up!🗽🩵

These days most grocery stores carry at least one kind of buldak. Most stores here in my town in Canada have 2-5 kinds.

It’s strange that the HMart didn’t have the real ramen. The ones by me do. I’ve just seen it because I definitely can’t eat it 😂
Ikr😅 Seems like all other branch has it tho.. Hope you try carbonara buldak ramen with sliced cheese and milk/heavy cream, it's def less spicy🩵

Next time you're in the Chelsea Market area, definitely try out Aubi & Ramsa if you haven't already, they serve the best alcoholic ice creams and sorbets.
Little Island is also gorgeous and fun to walk around in as well. If you ever want to also drink some amazing tea and snacks/sweets, Tea & Sympathy is wonderful as well in this current weather!
