    Good job overall, but there are some issues that need to be resolved before this can be playable.

    Some of the oboe trills are virtually impossible to execute (eg trills up and down an octave - can't really be done). I wonder about some of the bassoon and horn writing too.

    As a horn player, I must confess it's very hard because of the large range, yet it's really relevant when we hear it. Great job (maybe juste few things scattered in the sheet need to be rearranged for basson or oboe) !

    please do not be afraid to use bass clef for some of the lower horn stuff. Ledger lines are very difficult to read.

    i would switch to piccolo for a lot of these sections, the flute part gets way too high to comfortably play at any other volume than ff

    How do I get a hold of the sheet music for this, and, are there other movements that have been transcribed as well?

    • @lopunnova
      @lopunnova  Год назад

      I would gladly send you the music through email and such, and I have written almost every movement. Saturn is near completion, and I am half-way on Mars. Thanks! Email me at npd929@gmail.com

    • @lopunnova

      It is within horn range, and double tounging could be used, or a really fast single tongue.

      Horns have a 4 octave range for those who work at it. But in reality, very little is written in bass clef for horns, even though they can reach it easily. Titanic Fantasy was for 12 horns and they used the 4 octave range.
