I have the same printer as yours but every time I print something with like squares inside it rubs like this and you hear it, do you know how to fix it?

Check if the Z Hop option is enabled in the software?
And to pay attention that when you hear the sound, the z-axis motors move?
Do you hear the sound at a slow print speed?
