    Although I don't agree with doing many repitions, I definitely agree doing their workouts for learning Halos. I practiced some of the steps 25 times a day & I got Halos down within 1 and a half month.

    thank you for your remarks about the neck. I just want to mention that the sloppy neck is a matter of style actually. I like to do it in this way because I can relax and do more turns. I know that some people prefer to straight it up but eventually it is a matter of taste and style. I can do for example 60 turns in the halo and the neck never prevented me from doing different variations.
    Thank you for watching the SOLPM.

    Thank you! The internet is a great resource that we need to use to spread knowledge in a collaborative way. I believe this increases the level of people in breaking as a whole because the more people can be able to learn these moves the more minds we will have to create new stuff!

    you can train on a hong10 to headstand transition, you'll learn the push with your head and with your arm, and also work on your neck.

    Thank you for your comment. The reason why we suggest this way of training for average people is that by going through this process you are likely to develop total control of the movement.

    give me some time, ok!? I will do it! No worries! The point is that I need time to calculate how long it takes, how many exercises, etc. All tutorials must be carefully designed so that we make sure people learn it for real.
    Thank you!

    Damn my advice to anybody who is learning this move is not to do every step simply because it's a complete waste of time. It might actually worsen your muscle memory if you do it 2000 times. Use this video more as a guideline to understand the movement.

    Great tutorials, most sessions all i see is people going in and winging it, which is cool, but much time is wasted idling around. Theres so many powermoves out there do you 200x every one for everyday or do you plan and divide rest days? Thanks

    i can do one halo and going to windmill , sometimes i got 2 or 3 . from what step i have to start to do more ?

    • @TheScienceofLearningPowerMove
      @TheScienceofLearningPowerMove  9 лет назад

      bderril Well..maybe it is better that you go from step 1 until 5 because this will give you muscle memory and coordination to continue the turns later! So go back to basics and train the exercises from the video for a while. When you come back to halo it will be much easier!

    those exercises shown that should be done 200 times per day, should i do them together? like, in one day, after the first 200 of the first exercise, i should then do 200 of the next exercise?

    • @TheScienceofLearningPowerMove
      @TheScienceofLearningPowerMove  10 лет назад +2

      Nope. You are supposed to do 2 thousands of the same exercise before moving to another one. That is, around 200 per day, 5 days a week + 2 days of rest and same process in the next week. Only then you do the other step.

      ***** unfortunately, no :( school has been interfering with my training for the past year... engineering is ruining my bboy life... i was close to getting it down.. only i stopped for 2 months and forgot it :( then i hadn't been training since, just stretching and a little bodybuilding, just to make sure my body is prepared when i get back to bboying.. i might not have my moves down, at least my body is able to learn them again
