I think the Lessons Learned is a really good point, when me and my buddy get smoked we sit back and go over what happened and what we should have done.
It's the best thing you can do to improve. For example, our group last night got wiped in one of the yellow cabins. All by one guy who just kept rotating and having better angles to shoot in the house, we were stuck in there because we were suffering a bug where it wouldn't let us heal. But now we know we should have never held up in that building especially for that long. I've used the lessons learned tip on every shooter I've ever played, and it's always helped me improve!
Great video. Here are some tips.
Have a deployment ritual of final checks. Food, water, meds, grenade, chambered round, armour not damaged.
Bring a balanced kit. For example there is no point bringing an expensive modded weapon with crap ammo.
add helmet to that, even though it can be thrown in with armour lol. The amount of times I had to emergency grab a helmet when I have 4 seconds left til deploying is hilarious
Tip i use is either do a training raid first when you log in or spend 10 mins in the gun range. It helps get your eye in. Use the weapon and optic you like and and get ready for your raids. When you lose, like you said, try and learn from it and don't take it personally. Its a game. Try and have fun.
Using training mode as a warm up is also super useful, I do it every single time I get on so I'm surprised I didn't mention it but I'm glad you did! That's also how I test out kits and weapon fits!
For those who enter as a team, establish goals and weapon load expectation. Running with a team of 3, if one guy is just going in with a suicide plan, no ammo, no plan to extract while the other two want to take it slow and calculated, your pretty much going in as a team of 2 and a liability.
100% correct. It takes some time to work out that team synergy, the first time I went in with my 2 friends it was a shitshow laugh fest but now we are more calculated!
Check the weekly procurements, its the simplest junk that spawns in your backpack for a scav raid. I wait to offload most high value loot after turning in procurment
A great tip, my procurements right now want the stuff I need for a bitcoin farm so at the moment they can eat one lmao
Thanks for the tips! I'm sure to keep them in mind!
I gotchu dog, when you droppin in with us ;)
THANK i just got in to the game
Welcome! Take your time with it and don’t get too frustrated with deaths, they are part of the gameloop 🫡🫡
My tip is, Do NOT under any circumstance think you and your friends have the upper hand on that solo until his backpack is in your hands. Competent solo players are just as dangerous as your average trio
Yeppppp. From my experience, trios can’t hear shit. That’s why I mention the false sense of security. There’s been plenty of times where I initiated and still lost when I should have (on paper) won the engagement. I have stalked a trio and took all three out with one Thompson mag before because they were all huddled on top of eachother and were super loud. If your squad moves quiet and mechanically like a machine, however, absolutely deadly. Pretty much goes for all extraction shooters lol
#10 you don't have to pull bolt all the way down to check if one in chamber. you can pull it slightly and see if there is one, and then return bolt back with it.
I play a lot metro with just a gun and spare 20 bullets, level two armor and helm and back pack...just wait or go slowly few min....
Everybody dead a you can loot and watch for scavs ... Yesterday i make 4 from 5 runs.....lots of guns and loot
wow I caught your comment 41 seconds after you posted it LOL. that is a really good tactic though. I did that once with a shotgun build and it worked out great!
