You do not need a leather strap. If you wear a Patek with a steel or gold bracelet, why would you need leather. You obviously do not circulate in upper eschelon circles

You could look into: A Lange & Sohne Saxonia, IWC Portugieser, Blancpain Villeret, JLC Master ultrathin, and some GS dress watch if you value beautiful dials. I think most fit your budget and some are even cheaper.

That's not how you say A Lange (& Söhne), and this list is woefully out of touch. Sure, those are some nice references, but this just comes off like a grey market luxury watch flipper pedalling wares. Really? A steel watch, a solid gold Rolex Presidential, and a dress watch (proceeding to hold up watches worth more than a majority of salaries)? Look, I can do it too. Gold? Why not platinum with a factory set diamond bezel? What are you, poor? That's how this looks. It ignores the reason why most people are into watch collecting. Heck, even most people who can afford these aren't into it for that.
