One thing about Jordan, he usually has his opponent beat waaay before they even know what’s happening. He;s already made the move, or he’s already gone, so quick and hard to keep up. He perfected the basics of game so when it was “game time” the movements were automatic. He could spent more mental space on being creative in my mind.

Then he brung put the fire red 5s in February 1990 after the all-star game
yeah he had to wear these at the end of the 88-89 season because kareem retired after the 89 finals and when i was watching this i was confused, so I looked it up and sure enough the bulls played at the lakers in march 89 late in that season
