I totally agree. Karl, your video narratives are so, so welcome. Many times in the past videos I felt there was something missing. Now we know: your voice-over (and text-over) explainations and insights.
Many thanks for the view of the new road and roundabout interesting about the windmill I’m very fond of them and light houses your drone has an excellent camera takes beautifully clear pictures
I've since found out that the windmill was demolished in 1932. I also found a photo. It might be interesting to visit the site in the winter when all the leaves have gone. There might be something left like foundations.
Again , great stuff and information/ view , very revealing!!!! Thank you😊😊.. nice view of waddesdon at end there 😊.. wondering what the finished area will look like when the road/ etc. To upper winchendon / chearsley is all done ... again thank you ..
The new route confused the hell out of me last week. I occasionally drive from Bicester to Aylesbury, and this time, in the dark and the rain, I was very surprised to find a roundabout where I had to turn right, whereas my memory of the route from Waddesdon is that it is pretty straight until you reach the roundabouts closer to Aylesbury. I could very easily have carried on into Blackgrove Road and probably got lost! Didn't help that the permanent direction signs haven't been erected yet.
I was a field away. I meant I was going to cycle down there on another day. Should be sometime this week when I do that. I want the wet weather to go away first.
I love the narrative- and the ad Libs about the milepost and the windmill are marvelous!

I can understand that. I got confused myself when I went out that way. It takes a while to get your bearings. It all looks so clear from the air.
Remember the milepost cycling on my way to Waddesdon 🚴♂️
Interesting views and facts. If you were thinking of going there later how far away were you when flying the drone?

Went that way Thursday, but had to turn back because road closed as still flooded at the old railway bridge.
I believe it was cleared later that day. Some blockage apparently.
The recent weekend closure 27-30 what did they do?? Nothing visible
Not sure but I know the verges on the bridge needed doing. I'll go and have a look when the weather is dry.
