Hello sir, I have got this E-stamp paper for my QNET Business Model like franchisee, where the Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt ltd, is already banned in India is making illegal network marketing through some scammer, I signed the legal document but no where mentioned about the terms n conditions, ethics and policies of company and not the franchisee QNET Vihaan signed or any witness signed, only Notary stamp n his sign n my signature are present on it. How this e-stamp is legal in India. What is action taken for such mistakes for my referer who made this agreement without full details just it's said we brief up all terms n conditions. Call pls guide, iam house wife invested 2lakh INR for this network marketing company which are selling products above the market price
