I'm a civil engineer and I'm engaged with proprietar based government construction contractor company(AA class) (proprietar based company).
Problem is In India all medium and small base civil government contractors has face to low rates contract and then his loosing own money (from pocket). He is tendering low rate because of competition so plz gives some tips on construction business and suggest the new rules for government for decrease the competition
