5. Prepare a recurring revenue model (RRM)

Great. Its a good video to highlight the importance of Process orientation approach. However the comparison between Gupta Burger and McD is inappropriate. The kind of process orientation and standardization that MNCs are able to bring in their business and operation is due to massive funding. It can be a complete story if you highlight how did they could attract massive funding in their business.
