I need prayers during this time. I am trying to break bad habits that I am beyond done with. Its so difficult physically to gwg thru these withdrawals but I trust the Lord Jesus will bring me through this battle. I spent 13 years with an abusive husband, he beat me physically, mentally, and emotionally for most of our "marriage". He hurt me and our kids. I was at the lowest point I had ever been. After several failed escape attempts I was ready to just end it all, tired of living in fear and pain. I heard this song one night, and I just prayed. Now, a year and a half later I live on the other side of the state with the love of my life who I never imagined could truly exist, who considers my 4 babies his own children, and I'm happier than I have ever been in my life! About a year ago my dad started fostering 2 teenage girls and I was at first confused but those 2 girls are the bravest people I've ever met and on November 10th 2023 me and the 13 year old got baptized and it just makes me emotional every time I think of what these gone through and how strong they are so can we all just praise the lord for helping us through the hardest times and always bringing us back to him Amen
My husband and I had the pleasure to attend a Worship concert in Riverside California whereas Zach Williams opened up, and it was so great. He wasn't introduced by name though. He just began singing and when it was time for him to introduce himself, he didn't. He said it didn't matter who he was. I think he just wanted to Worship with us. His name and who he was meant zero to him. Worshiping with his church family was his purpose on this night, and his humility brought myself and my husband into the presence of God so quickly. I always remember this moment about Zach Williams when my husband wears the "Chain Breaker," T-Shirt we purchased after the Worship concert. He wears it often, and I always remember how humble this artist is about his calling from God to praise Him without people necessarily knowing who he is. I'm glad I know who he is. Hey this song brings goosebumps Everytime I hear it! I'm a recovering heroin addict who's done 19 years in prison for my crimes committed while running from God for so many years! Like the prodical son God has always welcomed me back with open arms Everytime that I've found myself on my knees asking for forgiveness because I couldn't go any lower. I hope all who listen to this song receives the same overwhelming feeling of forgiveness I feel when I hear it. This song has become a go to every morning I wake up. I noticed a couple months ago that my son started developing some vocal and motor tics. It got severly out of hand and I was at the point of falling into depression. His teacher told me it was affecting his academic performance and social skills in school. There is no greater pain than to see your child crying and suffering asking why they are not "normal" or asking what's wrong with them in tears. After years of not going to church, I went. The Pastor said a beautiful prayer, and that was the first time in a very long time, that I opened my heart and soul to God. Sobbing at the altar, I begged him and prayed for my son. The next day, my son's severe vocal tics vanished. He was happy and singing his music songs in school again! He is going to a nuerologist and will still be getting the right therapy, but this whole situation reminded me that God is real. This was his way of calling us. My faith is now stronger than ever. Thank you God for all the amazing things you do! God bless you all!

He kept telling me that I'm going to leave soon, and I did. I'm no longer in juvie, but in a host home, a place where I feel happy amd comfortable. Praise god!!

This song perfectly describes my life right now too. This past June was tough. And this past July was the worst month in my life. I basically almost died from stress and depression. 16 months ago, I cried out to Jesus to break chains of addiction and the power of a co dependent, narcissistic relationship. I knew there was no way I could do it in my own strength. The addiction was (painfully) taken away right away, but today the chains of the relationship are finally broken, AND Jesus has/is doing a great work in me along the way. Just believe and have faith. HE is faithful to bring it about. I Love him so much and am realizing/grasping his love for me.❤

Unfortunately on October 3rd, 2023, I lost my father to a heart attack. He was always a very religious person but he didn't listen to music very frequently and when he did it was usually gospel music. This was one of his favorite songs to listen to. He told my siblings and I that there was nothing we couldn't do as long as we were willing to put the time and effort into it. Now that's he is with God every time I hear this song I will know that he is trying to talk to me.

Hi my please pray for my 23 year old son Riley who is addicted to opiates At age 12 he started with weed and at age 13 he ran from 2 rehab centers and ran away from home several times. At 14 we sent him out of the state to get help. At age 15 he had been to about 6 diff schools (and ironically my husband and I are both educators) by 16 he was in the juvenile system but thankfully he graduated through the county. At 18 he went to jail for 2 years. At age 20 he went to Prison. At age 21 he got in a near fatal car crash as he fell asleep at the wheel while on Zanax He broke is femur but nobody died, thank God. At 22 he almost overdosed. Please pray for my son that he will receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior and accept help. My husband and I are strong believers and we pray for our son every day!we know God is faithful! He has never left us and has brought us closer to himself.

My wife of ten years and I had decided that we would separate in order to attempt to save our marriage. I was raised in church and have recently been tip toeing around going back. I sat down in my truck for a ride that wasn't to my house. Knowing this would be the toughest ride I've ever taken, I turned on Spotify and hit the random button for the Discover Weekly Playlist. I was expecting a country song or such, but this played instead. I had to pull over because I was crying to hard to drive. He is the way maker. Thank God that you let him use you to minister to people in need, because you certainly did to me.
Carey Higgins when I read your comment my heart went out to you. I don't know you or your situation but God does. One thing I've learned is no matter where I am or what I'm going through the Lord is always with me. We can get so off track thinking that we are walking alone but that just isn't the case. I've also found that in my hardest times God is near. I believe it's no accident that you are thinking about going back to church, but that the Holy Spirit is directing your steps. We need the church (people not building) especially when we're going through difficult situations such as yours. I know this is kinda long but I'll leave you with these scriptures. Psalm 34:18 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Matthew 11:28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 1 Peter 5:6,7 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. I don't know what will happen or where things will go but God is faithful to His Word. Stay humble before Him and be honest with Him in prayer. He promised to never leave you or forsake you and His promises are certain. God bless

I'm so thankful that we serve a God who is a "chain breaker"! He's helping me break the chains of addiction to prescription drugs, and making a way for me to gain my life back to serve Him like I once did many years ago! If ONLY I had known where I'd be today, I'd have NEVER taken that first opioid. I can't say I was addicted to drugs or alcohol. But I was abused physically, mentally, emotionally all my life. Jesus delivered me, healed me in the deepest part of me. I have healthy relationships now, not unhealthy ones. Praise God! He truly is a chain breaker no matter what it is and the one true lover of my soul.

I’m thankful you did that. God loves us and don’t want our religion. He loves you so much when you do good things or bad things it don’t change his love for you. There is nothing we can do to change his love for us. What he wants in return is to release our hearts to him fully. I’ve seen what that does to a person”s life and am trying to figure out myself exactly what that looks like. There are moments that I feel I have done it and in those moments I can absolutely feel his presence. He is always with us but when we let go is when we can actually feel him holding us. I hope you find Jesus and let go and I pray for me as well to let go of my anxiety.

Your wife needs deliverance, healing will follow. Affliction is from the devil. Does she know Jesus as her Lord and Savior? God saved her from so many things! When that happens, your faith grows and you're able to receive what God wants you to have. So develop a lifestyle of prayer - praying all the time, everywhere you go, in the midst of your daily routine. 'Casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you' (1 Peter 5:7 NKJV). God cares about every detail of your life.
So when you become anxious about something, talk to him about it. And don't forget to read his Word. That way when a problem comes up you can say, 'Father, you said in your Word you would do this for me,' then quote the promise and stand on it.

The real diagnosis was a lack of Christ..the saving, powerful, never-failing love of Christ. I was regenerated 5 years ago and I've never looked back. Cold turkey off heroin, alcohol and cigarettes. I spent 13 years with an abusive husband, he beat me physically, mentally, and emotionally for most of our "marriage". He hurt me and our kids. I was at the lowest point I had ever been. After several failed escape attempts I was ready to just end it all, tired of living in fear and pain. I heard this song one night, and I just prayed. Now, a year and a half later I live on the other side of the state with the love of my life who I never imagined could truly exist, who considers my 4 babies his own children, and I'm happier than I have ever been in my life! About a year ago my dad started fostering 2 teenage girls and I was at first confused but those 2 girls are the bravest people I've ever met and on November 10th 2023 me and the 13 year old got baptized and it just makes me emotional every time I think of what these gone through and how strong they are so can we all just praise the lord for helping us through the hardest times and always bringing us back to him Amen

My husband and I had the pleasure to attend a Worship concert in Riverside California whereas Zach Williams opened up, and it was so great. He wasn't introduced by name though. He just began singing and when it was time for him to introduce himself, he didn't. He said it didn't matter who he was. I think he just wanted to Worship with us. His name and who he was meant zero to him. Worshiping with his church family was his purpose on this night, and his humility brought myself and my husband into the presence of God so quickly. I always remember this moment about Zach Williams when my husband wears the "Chain Breaker," T-Shirt we purchased after the Worship concert. He wears it often, and I always remember how humble this artist is about his calling from God to praise Him without people necessarily knowing who he is. I'm glad I know who he is. Many people do now. It's nice to hear this song on the radio too. Many blessings to this humble servant. I look forward to attending another concert to Worship with my church family. Hey this song brings goosebumps Everytime I hear it! I'm a recovering heroin addict who's done 19 years in prison for my crimes committed while running from God for so many years! Like the prodical son God has always welcomed me back with open arms Everytime that I've found myself on my knees asking for forgiveness because I couldn't go any lower. I was hooked on the methadone clinic 3 years and 20 year old junky smoker and drinker I prayed and fasted and he took it from me Praise be to Jesus the healer!!!!
I noticed a couple months ago that my son started developing some vocal and motor tics. It got severly out of hand and I was at the point of falling into depression. His teacher told me it was affecting his academic performance and social skills in school. There is no greater pain than to see your child crying and suffering asking why they are not "normal" or asking what's wrong with them in tears. After years of not going to church, I went. The Pastor said a beautiful prayer, and that was the first time in a very long time, that I opened my heart and soul to God. Sobbing at the altar, I begged him and prayed for my son. The next day, my son's severe vocal tics vanished. He was happy and singing his music songs in school again! He is going to a nuerologist and will still be getting the right therapy, but this whole situation reminded me that God is real. This was his way of calling us. My faith is now stronger than ever. Thank you God for all the amazing things you do! God bless you all!

God has freed me from emptiness. I felt depressed, hopeless. One day, while in juvie, I read the action Bible. In the middle of the night, I felt him come into me. He kept telling me that I'm going to leave soon, and I did. I'm no longer in juvie, but in a host home, a place where I feel happy amd comfortable. Praise god!!

16 months ago, I cried out to Jesus to break chains of addiction and the power of a co dependent, narcissistic relationship.
I knew there was no way I could do it in my own strength. The addiction was (painfully) taken away right away, but today the chains of the relationship are finally broken, AND Jesus has/is doing a great work in me along the way. Just believe and have faith. HE is faithful to bring it about. I Love him so much and am realizing/grasping his love for me.❤
God has a level of blessing in mind for you that your natural eye can't see nor your natural mind can comprehend. And when you pray, he reveals things to you by his Spirit. When that happens, your faith grows and you're able to receive what God wants you to have. So develop a lifestyle of prayer - praying all the time, everywhere you go, in the midst of your daily routine. 'Casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you' (1 Peter 5:7 NKJV). God cares about every detail of your life.
So when you become anxious about something, talk to him about it. And don't forget to read his Word. That way when a problem comes up you can say, 'Father, you said in your Word you would do this for me,' then quote the promise and stand on it.

Unfortunately on October 3rd, 2023, I lost my father to a heart attack. He was always a very religious person but he didn't listen to music very frequently and when he did it was usually gospel music. This was one of his favorite songs to listen to. He told my siblings and I that there was nothing we couldn't do as long as we were willing to put the time and effort into it. Now that's he is with God every time I hear this song I will know that he is trying to talk to me.

Hi my please pray for my 23 year old son Riley who is addicted to opiates
At age 12 he started with weed and at age 13 he ran from 2 rehab centers and ran away from home several times. At 14 we sent him out of the state to get help. At age 15 he had been to about 6 diff schools (and ironically my husband and I are both educators) by 16 he was in the juvenile system but thankfully he graduated through the county. At 18 he went to jail for 2 years. At age 20 he went to Prison. At age 21 he got in a near fatal car crash as he fell asleep at the wheel while on Zanax
He broke is femur but nobody died, thank God. At 22 he almost overdosed. Please pray for my son that he will receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior and accept help. My husband and I are strong believers and we pray for our son every day!we know God is faithful! He has never left us and has brought us closer to himself.

We all have a God sized hole in our heart. ❤️🩹 Some try to fill it with all the material trappings of this world but they never satisfy.
Only by allowing Jesus to fill that hole in our heart we can have true peace and understanding of what Jesus has done for us and the life lessons he has taught us.
Without God we are like a ship drifting in the ocean currents going this way and that way but with Jesus at the helm we have direction and purpose for our lives.
God loves you dearly and has a plan and purpose for good for your life. He doesn’t promise life will be easy but when we walk in faith with Jesus he can make a way for us to overcome those hard times. Jesus does promise us we will be with him for eternity if we choose him.

My wife of ten years and I had decided that we would separate in order to attempt to save our marriage. I was raised in church and have recently been tip toeing around going back. I sat down in my truck for a ride that wasn't to my house. Knowing this would be the toughest ride I've ever taken, I turned on Spotify and hit the random button for the Discover Weekly Playlist. I was expecting a country song or such, but this played instead. I had to pull over because I was crying to hard to drive. He is the way maker. Thank God that you let him use you to minister to people in need, because you certainly did to me.
Carey Higgins when I read your comment my heart went out to you. I don't know you or your situation but God does. One thing I've learned is no matter where I am or what I'm going through the Lord is always with me. We can get so off track thinking that we are walking alone but that just isn't the case. I've also found that in my hardest times God is near. I believe it's no accident that you are thinking about going back to church, but that the Holy Spirit is directing your steps. We need the church (people not building) especially when we're going through difficult situations such as yours. I know this is kinda long but I'll leave you with these scriptures.
Psalm 34:18 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Matthew 11:28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
1 Peter 5:6,7 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
I don't know what will happen or where things will go but God is faithful to His Word. Stay humble before Him and be honest with Him in prayer. He promised to never leave you or forsake you and His promises are certain.

I'm a born again Christ-ian who was raised in The South Bronx, I had many addictions that I'm now recovering from.
But I can't, and won't attempt to take credit for my transformation because I did not want to change but God said that It wasn't up to me so in September 2016, Jesus broke all of the chains that had me in bondage and replaced them with The Holy Spirit.

I'm so thankful that we serve a God who is a "chain breaker"! He's helping me break the chains of addiction to prescription drugs, and making a way for me to gain my life back to serve Him like I once did many years ago! If ONLY I had known where I'd be today, I'd have NEVER taken that first opioid. I can't say I was addicted to drugs or alcohol. But I was abused physically, mentally, emotionally all my life. Jesus delivered me, healed me in the deepest part of me. I have healthy relationships now, not unhealthy ones. Praise God! He truly is a chain breaker no matter what it is and the one true lover of my soul.

I’m thankful you did that. God loves us and don’t want our religion. He loves you so much when you do good things or bad things it don’t change his love for you. There is nothing we can do to change his love for us. What he wants in return is to release our hearts to him fully. I’ve seen what that does to a person”s life and am trying to figure out myself exactly what that looks like. There are moments that I feel I have done it and in those moments I can absolutely feel his presence. He is always with us but when we let go is when we can actually feel him holding us. I hope you find Jesus and let go and I pray for me as well to let go of my anxiety.

I have witnessed many people will download their stress in the bar, where they will have negative supports but you chose to share it with people who understand who God is. The Lord loves us more than our spouses, and when we love Him back and trust Him, He pours happiness within us. However, it is up to us to receive His support without, doubt, anger, especially uncovering the blindspot that the devil hides from us (To live The Present). I ask for prayers for my son who just got divorced and has 2 children to take care of. It's tough and I pray for him to find Jesus to be by his side so he doesn't need to be alone. Jesus is the way. I only hope he can one day see this and to teach his children about Jesus.

Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. Doctors cannot heal or cure her, but I know God can and will. Please make this a daily prayer request for her. It is hard, some days, to stay positive and to not worry about her situation. Your wife needs deliverance, healing will follow. Affliction is from the devil. Does she know Jesus as her Lord and Savior? If so, ask her if she’s got any bitterness or unforgiveness in her heart towards anyone or thing. I believe when she gets rid of that, she’ll be delivered and healed.

Amen, my oldest sister has epilepsy, controlled now, and also use to struggle with bad thoughts, but that didn't stop her, one night I didn't think she was gonna wake up but now she is married and she is going to have a baby! God saved her from so many things! And I pray He dose the same for you, she has a beautiful testimony, a beautiful story, and is an amazing example of God's loves and miracles and I know that you can be the same, you will face more challengs of course but never forget that God *WILL* get you through it!
