I thought you had disappeared, but no, you were just working on something big! Those trees look amazing and making the ferns from pine cones was inventive. I love your dedication to realism. You have plastic plants, but they're not good enough for what you want and I can respect that.
My initial impression after seeing the preview at the beginning was that this is of a quality one would expect to find in a museum piece and after watching the video that remains true; there's so much attention to detail here, and you demonstrate so many of the skills and techniques from your other videos, to produce a truly amazing piece of art. I have to say this is also the first time I've seen anyone use watercolor paints on a model and was a bit surprised initially but they provided some very subtle effects that really made areas pop.
Your attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. You could of been finished on so many of the plants but adding the spots and holes in the leaves, the little splash of color with the flowers. The dead ground clutter and the amber were fantastic. The background was as interesting as the subject. The raptor with those stripes is really well done. A real masterpiece thanks for sharing it.
See. I told you your dioramas fit great with PAPO and REBORE dinosaurs. And I have to say this went way beyond my expectations.Wich were already pretty high.
I watch 100 of diorama videos on RUclips and I can you hands down your videos are my favorite, was very happy to see you added another one. Hope there are many more to follow.
Absolutely beautiful. Though I personally am not one for broken wrists and scales, I still can't help but marvel at this beauty. The raptor looks perfectly at home, all camouflaged and in it's place.
Wow, sublime! Your eye for detail, combined with your skills and determination to make this as good as you can makes this a most outstanding piece. This wouldn't look amiss in a museum of something like that.
Oh good Grieve, who is the 5 dislikes? Like really can you not be amazed at all the detailing and simple way things are done, and then the end product is amazing. Well @Paepercuts, good job mate. Really loved it.
The final product was absolutely breathtaking. I don't know if you make these for purchase, but with all the delicate features, I wondered how you would package it to ship. Literally all I can think of would be making an acrylic case for it! Really, this is amazing, and I'm looking forward to lurking the rest of your video for tips.
You are truly a master of your art and you keep reaching new levels in detail and materials used to create these awesome terrain pieces. Let me ask you two questions: How long did the making of this diorama take? And do you do more dioramas for hobby that aren't displayed on the channel? Edit: Three questions: Ever thought about making a medieval ruin style diorama or are you satisfied with making these natural pieces?
Thanks nice to hear! I believe it took me 8 weeks, but in my off time and sometimes i don't feel like doing anything for a week so it's not very accurate. I do some off camera work yes, sometimes a small commission or some scene i like for my own collection. I used to do WW2 and other war related dio's before walking into GW and getting into Orcs and fantasy related things. Medieval is a nice topic i've made a few wall sections or abandoned ruins before, i have one planned but it's going to be a big scene with lots of figures so it may take a a while haha. Cheers
MOAR DINOS!!11! Are you ever going to make a tour of your work area? You seem like such a clean and well organised person I would like to see how you store all your tools and 19.000 dried plants, dirt, bark, cones, inks, gravels and plastic dinosours. Storage is such a big issue in this hobby.
Thanks! Haha well that'll be a very short tour then i have a small workspace but i'll consider it, i may have to hire a band to keep things interesting then! Good point yes we material hoarders always need more storage. It got worse for me now that i've started using real plants to preserve, turns out they grow huge ( ferns ) and they multiply and expand aggressively!
I love these, but i just have a silly issue with it. If the dino isnt from a Jurassic Park/World (assuming) toy set, the "velociraptor" is actually a Utahraptor. I know that this is for fun for some people but for someone who might want to make something like this for a school project, i would it needs to be as accurate as possible. 💁🏼
7:02 This type of plant would actually have lived at the same time as the dinosaurs. In fact, that may even be the tree fern that *did* coexist with the dinosaurs, and is still living today. Kinda cool, don't you think? ;)
Could you do a follow up video to see the state of the preserved plants? Could you also show us how to preserve plants with pva? Amazing work, i hope to get on your level one day!
Hi and thanks, i am planning to do an in depth video on preserving plants in the coming time, i'll show the Raptor dio in it aswell if i don't forget. Cheers!
This is just ridiculously stunning work. Wish I could like it a dozen times

Thanks so much glad you liked it. Haha yes little summer hibernation, much more to come don't give up on me! :)

Thanks nice to hear! Yes watercolours are a bit situational but very forgiving and fun to use, i'll try incorporating them more into my vids. Cheers
The dinosaur is too inaccurate for a museum piece but the diorama is amazing
@@foca4 lol
Agree with Bewilderbeastie the diarama is amazing the dinosaur it'self is very inaccurate.
Stunning. I honestly thought I saw her breathing in one photo. Just stunning!
I can't believe how goooood this looks. Easily the coolest and most detailed diorama I've seen so far

Fang An Ler?
Thank you. Haha yes you see i took your advice serious!
Paepercuts Your welcome.
Fang so which raptor is this exactly?
Mr. Riley I believe it's a PAPO since REBOR always adds articulation to its mouths and an all its raptor arms
I am continously amazed with your execution of these projects! Experience, research, planning and level of control are second to none!

Is it any wonder that I'd rather watch your tutorials than television? Well done, mate. Another outstanding effort. I'll be watching it again!
Nice to hear thank you!
Damn people have passion and patience... unbelievable.
Wow, sublime! Your eye for detail, combined with your skills and determination to make this as good as you can makes this a most outstanding piece.
This wouldn't look amiss in a museum of something like that.
Thank you nice to hear!
Glad to see someone else out there doing something different instead of what everyone else is doing.
Oh good Grieve, who is the 5 dislikes? Like really can you not be amazed at all the detailing and simple way things are done, and then the end product is amazing. Well @Paepercuts, good job mate. Really loved it.

Thank you glad you liked it. Yes packing for shipping and getting it through customs can be a real challenge. Cheers
Mindboggling detail and beauty!
Non ci sono parole per la bravura e la precisione di tutto complimenti e meraviglioso
You are the best modelartist I have ever seen !,
That Velociraptor looks like a real lizard in a vivarium, I kept expecting the thing to move, brilliant!
Wow! This looks so realistic. Your attention to detail is exeptional. Very inspiring!
Omg yes this is stunning, you really have an eye for detailed color and texture
Thank you glad you liked it
This stuff is good to watch before sleep because it makes me really calm
More please more ! :) I would love to see you tackle both or either a realistic tundra with small patches of snow and a heavier covered snow feature.
The Idea with the Amber is amazing!
Fantastuc diorama, amazing attention to detail. That would look great under one of this glass bell jars .... so the model doesn't collect dust
I thought that was just wonderful, well done indeed. Your attention to detail is mind boggling.
Thank you glad you liked it!
Make a T-Rex fence broke through scene, like in the first movie.
Amazing work, keep it up.
EI Tadashi I'm with you, he should make that scene!!! With a big footprint with ripples!!!

I do so admire your patience and attention to detail. How long does something like this take you to complete?
Thank you great to hear that. Took me 2 months i think, but most of the time goes into making it into a tutorial and editing. Cheers.

Amazing work! You need to start putting out videos again!
nice job, I enjoy the details though don't agree with all of them :) It would be nice to see one with a trex, triceratops and/or stegasaurus. :)
Thank you!
Please make a diorama in " The Last of Us" Style. That would be so cool😃👍
Yes! Please!
Pallemon YES !!
Cool idea i'll put it on the list!
@@Paepercuts some sort of modern apocalypse style terrain piece would be great
