He is the only artist I've seen who can captivate an entire arena with with just him and his guitar. This man is saving country music one song at a time. Simply amazing.
I listen to Chris Stapleton early in the morning and in the evening TOO!! My neighbors are listening to him TOO!! PLEASE come to Philadelphia or Camden New Jersey! 🎸♩🎶🎵🎤🎼#RedheadDeadhead
I don't know if you're being literal, regardless brought me to tears as well... All choked up singing along you know🙌✌️❤️ much love to you and yours be well and be safe...
Blue grass came out of that yes. Its roots are actually in Scotts Irish traditional music carried over from the homeland. First time i sat in a pub in Scotland and heard the traditional music i actually started shuffling my feet a little like when i took clogging as a kid. The rythms are so similar. The hardships faced by my ancestors is something i am beginning to learn over last couple years. Fyi i am also 23% African so i have a lot of nationalities in my dna.
The black man has usually definitely got the soul covered, but It don't shouldn't matter about the color of a mans skin, we're all human- you either got it or you don't, i think Chris has something here. To me Chris has got a lot of soul, rhythm and blues, a great bluegrass singer with a good dose of country. He should be honored to be rated up with some of the best soul, rhythm and blues singers out there...Just my opinion... Check out what he did with "Mans World" by the great James Brown- I have a feeling James would approve with Chris' version...just my opinion.

Chris has the incredible gift of taking the most common words and assembling them in a way that just punches you in the face and gut at the same time. You are left dizzy.
This was called "All For The Hall" a benefit for the Country Music Hall of Fame. The show did not air on TV it was a private charitable event. countrymusichalloffame.org/support/all-for-the-hall-los-angeles

Had the pleasure of seeing Joe open up for Tom Petty earlier this year. RIP Tom! Just amazing the talent on this stage... what they have seen... gives me chills...
Lockguy 26 Chris also opened for Tom in parts of the country. In the PNW, we got stuck with The Lumineers. I would have much preferred either Joe or Chris.

His meaningful simplicity brings me to tears. It's sooooo easy for him and it's so comforting. I love this man.

Why? 'Cause he's white? Or 'cause it's country music. Why is he a "bad" man???
I love Chris Stapleton forever ❤️💚💚❤️❤️❤️💚💚💚💚❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💚💚💚💜🇧🇷🇧🇷
Yep. It is so nice to hear a rich, raspy, masculine voice. I really could listen to Chris Stapleton all day.
I really Do

When The Stars Come Out like Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves - classic Country Music still has a chance at surviving in the modern world.
If you want to know how badass James Taylor is watch his hand learning the notes while Stapleton is playing. This performance was amazing.
Paul Rizzo - a true lover of his profession and an example we could all use: never so good we couldn’t be gooder!!
he leans in like...oh I like that, haha
You are so right. Great catch. He is so damn talented!!!
Who are the other musicians?
Joe Walsh is doing the same thing...
The quote of mankind, " I was in a gang but I had to be in by 7:30 , we won't that tough" classic
IM BETING ON YOU AND YOUR BETING ON ME. GOOSEBUMPS EVERYTIME

Love this.....the line up is incredible.
No pressure. James Taylor is watching you intently.
SO BLOODY GOOD!!!!
the slide guitar that is missing makes a big part of this song!
You can tell it's hard for the others not to play
Joe Walsh and James Taylor couldn't resist the temptation.
That's a lot of diversity in one stage
All in awe of the MAN
Would love to hear the other song that Joe did. I think it was Meadow. Love that song!
Diamond 🤗😍😍
would have loved to hear all strings play
For my Daddy, Vince Gill and James Taylor are sitting in there Dad.
thats cool you Joe Walsh sitting there bad ass
His voice is Sooo Sexy!!!!!!
Cowritten by Dan Wilson a Minnesota boy
Linda Nealon - What was the private event? Surely, with this talent on stage, someone recorded it professionally???
Would love to see this full video/show anyone have it recorded or know where to find it?
Hey Anthony, it was a private event so the show wasn't recorded to my knowledge. I wish too.
is it , joe walsh, chris , brandy clark, james taylor and vince gill?...
That's Kasey Musgraves
Actually it was Kacey Musgraves rather than Brandy
is that James Taylor on the right?
Yes, that's him. Pretty amazing show!
It's Vince Gill on the right. James is next to Vince.
Naff Ending..!
What happened at the end to the recording??
Sorry about that. It must have happened within youtube. It was fine when I posted it :(.
