Dr. Ebraheim your videos are always fantastic. I had a rotator cuff problem a few months ago pushing a lawnmower and underwent Physio and it went away. I keep watching your videos because I want to know what went wrong but still no answer.

Super video. I tore rotator cuff decades ago and had 6 weeks treatment at medical facility. It still bothers me especially sleeping. Would aspirin help?

Get lidicaine Numbling Cream. I'm in really bad shape from a Motocross crash. At least it was not my neck.

dr. Nabil, please answer, can the wrong position of the scapula cause pain in the shoulder, and why and which muscles do it? Thanks for your education

    • @TheDavveponken

I believe poor scapula control can be a very big part of shoulder pain. I have this problem. I don't know much else about it though. The serratus anterior and pec teres minor and major play a role in scapular control as far as I know. Tight lats can also be a cause of the problem. Performing passive and active hangs from a bar can give some relief in my experience. There's a doctor that recommends it for opening up the shoulder joint, I can't remember his name but you can surely find it on youtube.

Dr. Ebraheim, please answer me a question considering your wonderful experience. Can the supraspinatus tear with 3/4 retraction be reconstructed or refixed? Greetings from Austria

The dude sounds like a lawyer. Goes on and on with a lot techinical crapola that says nothing. Just a lot of "blind 'em with science"!
And the "only" way in his opinion is surgery.
It's 2023 and this is all they can offer. What a scam?!
