It's really cool to see him again on screen, as we really love the actor and the work he did as Jar Jar, tho many would argue. Since we grew up with the prequels I never saw an issue with the original character, and found him funny as he always reminded me of my dog...

I don't see them being twin brothers because of the way the last names are spelled. Could be cousims like. Starks and Karstarks
I actually thought that was retconned into Kelleran himself.
