Hi, chef, I'm so glad you're still doing a good job of cooking. May I ask which brand of Tortellini you put in? The reason I ask is because you would not buy it if it were not good and I don't know which brand to buy. Thank you in advance just in case my computer breaks.
Hi Mr Juvefrank, so nice to hear from you again! To be honest, when it comes to simple cheese tortellini I don't really have a brand preference. I will literally just buy the store brand or whatever is on sale, and have never really found a bad one. I believe in this video I may have used some from Costco, but I don't really have a specific brand I prefer. Would love to hear what you use and how it turns out for you!
Hi, there, Chef, I decided to try Barilla Tortellini, and I loved the food dish. I couldn't find the Alfredo sauce you used in this video, so I had to make my own Alfredo sauce. Whenever I try something new, the beef and dairy products have to taste as though they came from real cattle. I'm lucky the tortellini I chose at Walmart didn't taste as though it was processed or manufactured or whatever fake food sellers do. I live in the southeast corner of Los Angeles County in California. I was wondering if you live far from me because I can't find some of the same products you use in your delicious foods.
That's awesome you made you're own Alfredo sauce! Yes I've found the products carried can vary widely from store to store, even within the same area. We are in norcal, so really not that far. Our favorite Alfredo sauces (Sonoma and Rao's) are a little harder to find, but I'm all about using what you have, so I'm thrilled you did and that you enjoyed the recipe.🙌
Perfect recipe :)
Thank you for the comment, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
