Thanks for uploading. Really refreshing to see BA actively engaging with these sort of things too after all the bad press they've had in recent years. Despite what people say, it would be nice to actually have the British flag carrier back as something alluring and respected again which seems to be possible if they stay in this direction

Sarah did incredible! So good to see a young, intelligent female kicking ass on the apron. Also phenomenal job on this! I read this your production- seriously up there with some of my favourite docu series. I am studying aviation at uni and up until watching this I had no exposure to this level of detail and education about the Ops side of things. Its not often we get to really see what dispatch actually does in practice (serious respect that is a job role and a half) and following realistic daily maintenance runs on operational fleet. This was a really interesting watch for me. I hope you make more in the future because this was bloody good 💛

Top points for this documentary company. Same aircraft reg in all shots for the Tokyo flight (some companies just use any), not too much dramatic speech from the narrator or too much music.

I realize only now that this is your own production rather than the usual illegal upload like most documentaries on YT. Props for the great work and thank you for sharing it. Is there any more airline/aviation/transportation stuff coming?

@@UnuthryearCheck the channel name and the end of the video description. It may have been on TV but somebody must have produced it for them.

I would have never realised this if not for this comment, I thought it was just pirated from TV. Fair play to him, what a well done documentary.

Airlines trying to be concise to the seconds, let alone minutes, is so beyond ridiculous. I feel for the pilots, crew and ground crews. Can you say "heart attack from stress?" VIP'S... give your head a shake.

In 2001 british airways staff did something racist and when I made a formal complaint they never followed up. Now I would rather walk from one country to another if british airways is the only option in the skies.

On top of all the work, the service is still rubbish, rude and unprofessional staff that thinks that African people traveling are going for good, without knowing they are going for holiday. So they can be extremely rude. They should be taught that each African person one journey flight ticket pays for their salary a month and feeds their rude month. Customers from Africa pays a lot of money. Plus the flight going to Africa and back is always packed compare to other countries. And that’s were BA makes a buck of their money. All BA staff needs training.

The FA have the worst teeth in the world. On the busses types. Poor old Britain. Sally Ann should be retired. Poor old girl. She’s looking for bits such as NHS false teeth. Vale Britain.
