I have been a fan of the Murder Nova from way way back in the day. I can remember listening to the podcast that was done back in the days of the first shop. It was always so funny how it never start on time for that matter it would be the wrong day. Fun times! But you have always been an amazing driver and extremely nice to fans. I got to meet you a few times over the years. Thank you for the channel guys lots of fun

Shawn has turned into a really good role model the last few years and Aiden is mad lucky to have a dad like that

Javi does the marks on Ryan’s car. I saw in one of Ryan’s videos him and Javi talking about it. He said by doing that it help speed up their program. Instead of checking each and every nut and bolt after every pass. The Prochargers rattle everything loose. I truly enjoyed watching the greatly improved success the program had this year. Congratulations!! Can’t wait to see the difference it makes next year. Shawn you are for sure one of the most down to earth and humblest racer my family and I got to meet at the NPK Event last yr in Houston. It’s crazy how you think one person will be a certain way when you meet them. I can tell you one thing. I for sure was wrong about a few of the racers. I also understand that sometimes it just not a persons day. Benefit of the doubt is always give. #187Customs #MurderNova2theFront!!

The dual with Kye was gangster. Kye lit the first bulb and Shawn just skipped that first bulb and went right to the second. Probably gave Kye whiplash with that one. Even taking the L it was still badass.

Why all the hate against Kye.????? I watch y'all at other races and all racers laughing and getting along, but when y'all start up NPK racing here comes the hate. The 405 group, Murder Nova is the ultimate to me. With NOLA group Kye is the ultimate to me. If you carry all that hate, life is to short. 😊

Love the format. Love the shop stuff even more . I've watched a few of the other racers talk about testing around the start of January I hope you guys can get an early start testing also .
I saw a race earlier this year where Kye was in a final and chatto a bigger motor. I think it was 20 cu inches bigger, is that how he wins so many races? Just wondered .
I'm looking forward to all of the shop stuff especially the work on Aydan's Chevelle . I have always been a big fan of Chevelles. I grew up always wanting one buf life happened and marriage and kids and like Shawn family comes first.

I would sure think the plastic line would be enough for that but you could also put that on the list to where it gets replaced after so many races so you have less of a chance of failure and with push locks on it you could do it in seconds.
Great video I think you forgot to show the pics of the broke crank that’s crazy to me I run a Bryant crank and never had it tear up I’ve also ran Callie’s and crower there good too.

I believe you can purchase gitting ends that move. Technically they swivel but im really trying to remember but i believe Aeroquip makes the swivel fittings. They arent cheap, about double what a standard 90 fitting. Again trying to recall as im.old and when i used them it seems a different life. It was over 2 decades ago. Hope i could help.

If it's 14oz heavy with the headlights in. Just take a couple big bolts out. 😂 like the bellhousing or something that has more bolts than it needs lol.
In aviation we use torque strip. It goes on wet and drys hard and if it lossens up you see the torque strip Crack up and break off. You can get it at aircraft spruce.
Back in the BB/FC days cranks were mag tested a lot. I know the materials are somewhat different these days, but we thought the extra work was worth it. Also the fact that there was no $ to get another block. Dude, sorry that the block was FUBAR!
