    I love and understand your enthusiasm for this truck.I just bought a NEW 2018 Crusher and am impressed every time I get behind the wheel.I owned a J80 (1997) Tonka Toy edition that was no where near the excellence of the J200 as regards fuel mileage and seating comfort.I would recommend that younger people save their money and buy a 200 series Land Cruiser then drive it for the rest of their lives.No creaks,no squeaks,no errors.A perfect game.

DIY is very popular here that is why most household got land cruiser or any 4 wheel drive aside from a small car for going to work only, but a family car land cruiser all the way.

    Toyotajeff- did you hear in about 2022 land cruiser will end in America? 1. Your thoughts? 2. Do you believe there will be a replacement? It will be 71 year old in 2022. As you know selling cars 71 years on a single model I call that a legacy model. I was saving for a new land cruiser but now they odds of them discontinuing it I don’t think so. 😞.

    Toyota Landcruiser has reputation of been the "King of the Road" outback Australia. With exceptional off road capabilities and it take you and the family anywhere wanted equipped with either 7 or 8 seaters and huge fuel tanks. It's rock solid built which can last over 25 plus years and a high demand for after sale. It will not let you down or break down middle of no where. It have the best approach angles while it may not be best looking and practicality. Toyota Landcruiser make up in bulletproof capabilities in all terrains and legendary reliability, but the trade off is gas guzzler and not to be driven in city. The engine available in Australia: 4.6L V8 petrol engine or 4.5L V8 Twin turbo diesel with 6-speed automatic transmission and fuel cap on left hand side.

    Out of all SUVs, the land cruiser has received the most likes/positive reviews and the best overall rating (considering reliability, price, practicality/comfort etc). The only concern was about fuel economy but other than that, it really is an amazing car and has all you really need although design-wise range rover wins

    Approach angle and departure angle isn't the hill angle that the vehicle can safely go up or down. It is the angle clearance you have from making contact to the ground or rock or ... whatever. so if the approach angle is 30 degrees and you have a ramp that is 45 degrees, you are gonna scrap your bumper and what not. just fyi.

    At least for me, unfortunately, just somewhat over-priced. However, I still think it's a great vehicle. My price range and needs go to the Toyota 4Runner, another great vehicle. What I appreciate about Toyota is the attention to small details and quality control. That is why so many people turned away from the big three.

    Very well done video, my first time here as I tend to follow LC/LX news exclusively. You've got great on-screen presence, very natural and "go with the flow" presenting style. You could totally handle hosting your own car series with your humor and wit. Now on to the rig, I drive a 100-series LX but was originally seeking the LC because I prefer the "Stealth Wealth" vibe more than the more outgoing Lexus. I would have liked to see you remove the plugs from the bottom of the third row seats and place them in the floor openings since very few LC/LX owners tend to understand these are even here or what they are for, but that's not even a gripe. Subscribed!

      @BoostedDeere 5 лет назад

      aventador gallardo -the Everest is basically in America the same as our new ranger. The ranger (or Everest in your country) and land cruiser isn’t even close. 1. Engineering better 2. Quality better 3. Just everything better.
      My wife bought her ford brand new in 2006 (it was her first car) she flat told me it will be our last ford. It’s been a major disappointment. If it can break,fail or go out it has. She said once she sells that ford she will never set foot in a ford shop again.

    Did Toyota protect the rear wheel well that usually rust by the section where the rear passenger door is? My opinion, when manufacturers protect that area with plastic or non ferrous material that resist road salts from penetrating causing rust. I drive a an 02 Sequoia with 170k miles and she still has the day one power but Toyota didn't protect that rear wheel well area which is rusting away. I've since coated my with heavy grease which stopped the increase of rust metal breakdown. I'm looking to buy a Toyota Landcruiser just before I retire, that way I will have a vehicle where i wont have to worry about reliability ...Toyota is the King when it comes to reliability ...though I need my SUV protected from rusting in the area I've described above...

    Memory seats are always nice! The quad zone climate control for the back seat. I'm 6 feet tall myself, so I should theoretically fit in the very back seat! You are dating our age by speaking of Pearl Jam! LOL. I graduated high school in 1977 so you can do the math! Haha. But those for the features Jeff! You and Holly have a super weekend! Mark.

    Very informative Jeff! I wished it was just a bit more efficient. Great SUV nonetheless! Toyota makes the best vehicles.
