I started making concoctions with natural herbs that have helped with hair loss and regrowing my hair. I have been told to study Trichologist. Can you share the education of a Trichologist? And it’s good to hear that your hair loss is stabilized! If you are passionate about this field - GO FOR IT! YOU ARE NEEDED! Good question about education. There are only a handful of places where you can get a certification for Trichology. The programs range from 1 to 2 years on average. Some are online and others are in person or a mix of both. I went to WTS in New York. There is also NTTI in Atlanta. Ky Smith recently opened a school in L.A that I hear is awesome as well. She’s an awesome person to follow if you have not heard of her. I'm 33 years old male that when I was 18 my hair was you can so very nice. On my 18 birthday I notice a lump on my neck so going forward I did chemo for 6 months then been in remission . My hair has been thinned out for 13 years . What should I do laser cap.
Hello there! So good to hear that you are in remission! Yes! Low level light therapy (or a laser cap) has been used to treat hair loss due to chemo. So absolutely! I also recommend a healthy lifestyle so it may require you to make some lifestyle changes (not being presumptuous). I have a few videos on my channel about hair loss, health, and hair restoration. Can I ask a question? If a mix a penetrative oil eg coconut oil with a non penetrating one like mineral oil into a grease, will the coconut oil still absorb?
Hello! It all depends on the ratio. You would certainly have to mix more coconut oil than mineral oil in order for it to penetrate. I would suggest 2-1 ratio with coconut being in higher concentration. Hope this helps.
