- Assassin's Creed Mirage 2 Sequel is already confirmed to be prepared by the creative director and art director of assassins creed mirage as one of the upcoming assassins creed games. But however the release will obviously be far fetched than what we can expect for now, because Ubisoft is currently working on 9 other assassin's creed titles that are under development with release windows announced and now they just make a statement that has brought light to a new sequel to Basim Ibn Ishaq adventure into the ancient Baghdad and his rich history continuing with the Vikings saga of AC Valhalla where Basim once again appears. Now the question is left as to what happens with the modern day story and hopefully we will get to experience all of these in the upcoming assassins creed infinity hub.

Mirage sequel absolutely, it is what we want. Baghdad and arab setting can be explored more. Actually arabian nights book can be taken as a reference it would be very interesting.

I would like to propose a new Assassin's Creed game called AC Mirage 2. The game's title would be Assassin's Creed Reborn, and it would continue the story of AC Mirage, taking place two to three years after the events of the first game. Basim, who has now embraced the persona of Loki, will be the main character of the game. He has slowly become corrupted in some way, and the game will follow his journey as he improves his skills as an assassin.
During the game, Basim will encounter a new order whose purpose is not yet clear. The reason why I called it AC Reborn is because, in a way, Basim has been reborn as a new person.
This is just a proposal for the game, and I understand that some people may have disagreements or be confused by it.

A sequel with hytham as the lead is a better option it flashes basim oit as the new corrupted mentor we could add character relevance to haytham and adapt the golden city novel
@@scottgallagher3886but basim was only hythams mentor for a hand full of Years before getting locked in the tree of life, remember hytham is still an apprentice during valhalla, the game would have fallow basim not hytham, hes only a young boy in mirage when he first meets basim and 12 years later his first big assignment is the order in England but he gets his leg messed up as we see in valhalla and he will never fully recover and is basically stuck to doing the book work for the brotherhood
Can't belive we'll get a Basim sequel over a Bayek sequel... Ubisoft still have no idea what they're doing with this series.

Honestly, I really don't like Basim's personality, independent of Loki. Feels shallow, lacks of depth. That's the impression that I got also from the Mirage game. Yes, the story was short but you can make something short and good and it didn't happen. The whole story was shallow, lacked depth, and only at the end of the game you got some kind of 'catharsis" BUT the problem that there was not really a good build-up for that "catharsis" to be satisfying and meaningful. Someone mentioned that the villains are forgettable and it is true, except of Basim and Roshan I don't remember anyone from the story because the characters were meaningless and not worth remembering. Exepet of Roshahan there were no characters that were helping to "build' Basim's character or interact with it in a way that teaches you something substantial about Basim's personality. I'm sorry but this is just not a good game and I don't understand everyone's hype about it.

Good, because Basims story from his beginnings, to when he find out who he is/was, isn't explored fully or finished in Mirage. Also Watchdogs Legion is amazing. I LOVE it. I love it more than the older ones. Maybe it's because I'm more into it being in England/London which is a place I know, and have been, than some place in America I've never been. My fave Assassins Creed game is also located in England/London. So, yeah, I like games, where I already know my surroundings. :P

i think ac mirage will be a series with no modern day just for us to see his history and connect it to valhallah which i think is going to happen more often in ac infinity, so we can get games for other characters that didnt have much impact or such but can still play their story

It would be amazing to see Basim as a master assassin too if possible. He is also a member of the ottoman brotherhood as well as the levantine brotherhood. Adding his journeys and missions would make for a great sequel. Thats if Ubisoft wants to. In any case, a sequel would be much appreciated
DLC Mirage (Viking Siege of Constantinople ; Basim meet Sigurd) maybe include a map of Sigurd and Basim Journey to Norway going along the Dniepr River north to Kiev and Novgorod would be also cool.

Hoping that in this sequel they gonna introduce us on the story between Basim and Hytham, also Basim and Sigurd. Don't just leave us the to our own imagination to fill the gap from AC Mirage to AC Valhalla
It would be a good idea if they make it on a different engine. Mirage has the potential to overtake the ezio trilogy imo.
The idea of ac mirage in Baghdad with 'Arabian nights' vibe actually amazing. The sound track is great , gameplay is kind of good and bad mixture. Good thing is ac games hopefully coming to the right path.

We need a sequel. Basim is personally my favourite now. It could explore him going to Constantinople with Hytham being tasked to keep an eye on him by Mentor Rayhan like from the books. Also he meets Sigurd there. Haytham Kenway who is said to possibly be named after Hytham, also went to Constantinople or Istanbul at that time. Ubisoft could possibly feature a link there. Also Basim is not a bad guy. He is more of an anti hero. He is still loyal to the creed as he truly believes in helping people and gaining knowledge. But he also has his own thoughts. Similar to Haytham in the intellectual sense. Even though Haytham is a templar, he still uses reasoning and his intellect as opposed to following blindly
Yes! Finally! We haven't gotten a direct sequel to an in-animus protagonist in such a long time. I've really wanted this. A fully-fledged classic-like, yet improved, Assassin's Creed game.

I remember finishing mirage and turning to my partner and saying ‘it’s done, I know I moaned about Valhalla being too long, but this was done far too quick’ thoroughly enjoyed mirage, I’m excited for a sequel.

Mirage 2 is an awesome idea, if it could be bigger that would be cool, certainly to find out how basim and roshan managed to cope with other is intriguing as they are both in Valhalla (I still haven’t completed😊). I think if they left aside the rpg element it should be good😀.
I beat Valhalla an now I’m doing a second playthrough on my ps5 honestly I want a game for roshan she’s a very interesting character I like her voice actress

I'd like a sequel, but it needs to be longer than the first. This one didn’t have enough content. That map was large enough to have more content and quest hubs.
What?!?! IMO they have a lot to improve on in regards to the story. The villains and Allies in the game were just forgettable. We need some great characters that can be considered amongst the best in the franchise.

Yall are tripping basims relationship with fuldar was fire they developed a father son surrogate relationship that filled that void basim felt from his father's passing the exposition from other missions and the campfire scene in alamut further validate that there's alot of option dialoige people gloss over it also helps to play the game in Arabic with English subs cuz the games English cast is hot garbage

That's awesome mirage is getting a sequel. For a short game is was amazing for a short story but I would have loved if Ubisoft made an Edward Kenway series. Assassins creed black flag is my favorite assassin creed game.

Honestly, they could retcon Valhalla. I wouldn't mind if they make Mirage 2, 3, 4, 5, etc, without ever touching Valhalla. Mirage did indeed do what made the series good from the start.

If they were to do good with the Modern Day setting, then they should continue the Watch Dogs series. The fact they share the same universe is epic. Like Dedsec in Legion kinda helped the Assassin's already, but now it should be the Assassins help Dedsec and in return, Dedsec helps modify the animus and cripple Abstergo with their hacking skills.

One thing we must remember is there is only one Ezio. Basim is just a fun comparison. Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed playing Basim, but it’ll never be the same. If they make a sequel I’ll definitely play it.

I would love a Mirage 2 Assassin’s Creed 1 and Assassin’s Creed 2 are my two favorite games in the franchise and Mirage is my third favorite game in the franchise because they went back to their roots and made Mirage a lot like the first two games in the franchise old school Assassin’s Creed games that l use to love

Finished this game in 34 hours including ubisoft and console trophies. Hope this sequel will be worth the money, cause too many AAA games with AAAAAAAA prices are not worth the money nor time.

One thing Ac Mirage fix is Combat and facial animation. World must be alive and Breathing. Not same copy pasted city and world

As soon as i saw that they changed the dark theme from the first Watch Dogs game for that theme of the second game i knew that this franchise would be dead in another game or two
I did like mirage more than Valhalla, but I could not say Basim is an iconic character in the level of Ezio or even close to Bayek, but he was aight ngl, what Ubisoft needs to do is make the combat a little more smooth and fun, im not talking about the tools, the tools are great in Mirage but the combat isnt great compare to the OG ones✌
Ded Sec enjoys another really solid attempt bro. 1 and 2 set up the universe for a slam dunk trilogy and Legions dropped the ball. But there's more than enough people that care about the series that a true 3rd game would do well if they gave it the same atd they did the first two and a return to linear narrative.

Prince of Persia was dead for fourteen years and now we're going to have two games in one same year. The same goes for classic AC. There was a time in which no one thought we would get a game like Mirage and now we're getting a sequel. What that means is that Watch Dogs might also return in a few years. Fans need to show their interest and support the franchise so that Ubisoft realizes the franchise is still economically viable. Perhaps in five or ten years we will have a game more in the style of the original Watch Dogs again (similar to AC's back to the roots)....
