You noticed how synchronously two decisions were made the other day. As soon as Zelensky signed the law on tightening mobilization (on April 16), literally the next day (on the 17th), the American "Republicans" stopped blocking aid to Kiev and put to the vote the decision that had been slowed down under various pretexts since December.
It has been since December, from which the law "on tightening mobilization" was considered in Kiev.
Two such coincidences are clearly not accidental and suggest that this aid package is being given to the regime precisely for the total mobilization of Ukrainians who will have to die for the interests of the United States (and Great Britain).
Yes, it is obvious that the United States will never give up using Ukraine as a battlefield and a means of weakening Russia; they have been engaged in this project since at least the 50s, and historically Ukrainian nationalism has almost always been used as a means against Russia or some other opponents(if we remember Galician Rusyns in Austria-Hungary). Neither the methods nor the arguments have changed since the second half of the 19th century; it still works and has a powerful impact on Ukrainians.
I never understood people who said that “Trump will bring peace” or “Haha, Ukraine is running out of Western aid, soon Russia will go on a big offensive and everything will end.” It seems that the people who said this have absolutely 0 even basic knowledge about geopolitics and history, about the methods of action of the United States and something like that. I can even say more: if the Ukrainians run out, it will not be a problem at all. The Poles and Baltic states could be the next to be expended. NATO objectively has more resources than Russia.
For this to end, Russia needs to act more actively. It seems to me that it’s time to raise the issue of canceling zero-flight missions on Russian nuclear weapons

This is not an international treaty, it is not binding. But even if you want to talk about who first violated it, how about remembering that Russia was not the only country that signed it? The Budapest Memorandum contains a clause according to which the countries that signed it undertake to respect the sovereignty of Ukraine. So how are things going with the "Kolchuga scandal" and the two US-sponsored Maidans? This is how the United States respects the sovereignty of Ukraine, right?

Russia has been attacking since October, so while the total advances in one area may be larger, it's over more than just April.
