Michael didn’t hate Latoya either, and it’s been well known that she spoke against him during the false allegations because her psycho first husband forced her to say those things by threatening to hire hit men to kill Michael and Janet. Once she was finally able to escape him (with help from Marlon) she made it back to the Jackson family home and when she saw Michael, completely broke down in tears and apologized. Michael hugged her and said he forgave her because he could tell those weren’t her own words.

Growing up in the 80's I had to be reminded they were related. I even saw her more because Thriller scared me so much at age 4 I couldn't never really enjoy Michael until I was older. Growing up in the 80's I had to be reminded they were related. I even saw her more because Thriller scared me so much at age 4 I couldn't never really enjoy Michael until I was older. I still get scared when I hear that song. Like deeply. Lol. It's amusing for me to observe in myself though. Loved her. She was soft and light and kinda badass all at the same time.

Interestingly enough, Janet WAS better than her brothers in the solo arena, apart from Michael of course. But she was FAR more successful than Jermaine, Marlon, Jackie, Randy, Tito, Latoya and Rebbie who ALL released several solo albums and yet you won't meet anyone that can identify 5 SOLO hits by any other Jackson apart from Michael and Janet 💫💫

You know I always didn't feel right about some of his brothers being jealous and all but to look at it from their perspectives... It's always Michael Michael Michael.
